This places is filthy and there is UNRELIABLE internet access Since I arrived there “was a problem “ with the internet, after 3 days never got resolved! Bunch of lies and horrible accommodations! Walls dirty, frisge did not work, smelly pillows

The staff were extremely attentive, all the way from check in, dining and check out. The sheets on the baby cot were stained and dirty. But this was changed within the hour with no trouble at all.

It’s a big property. Convenient for conference and group meetings. Food options are good and pool is very nice. Beach restaurant is great

The property is located in a secluded area, too secluded to be frank, I felt unsafe stepping out of the property. Crossing the street to the beach was as far as I ventured and was questioned if I was a hotel guest when I clearly just walked out of there. It was extremely crowded with a lot of loud noises when I arrived Saturday night. The great entrance, the pool, the room balconies look great, but that's about it. I did not get to swim due to my short stay, but a lot of people seemed to be having fun swimming. The room was something else... it smelled, it had mosquitos, mini fridge and safe were not functional. AC hardly working trying to keep up, it was very hot. The room balcony door would not lock and can be easily opened, the room is basically not safe to leave anything when the door does not lock properly. They take shortcuts on service, like shampoo, soap, no toilet paper (had to work with an almost empty roll) and no tissue, they did not even replace the bathroom floor mat towel the last day. Food seemed ok with good selection but was disgusted to see first-hand the server touch the egg omelet on the plate to check it out with his fingers.... so I stuck to sealed food items to avoid getting any infections on my short stay. Finally, don't ask them to call you a taxi, they will get their own guy who will charge you double the price and not give you a receipt. Overall, first time and last time... I was disappointed with how such a nice property is poorly managed.

I sent my wife to this hotel for a week and her father and mother joined her in the hotel . All was good untill a lady tells my wife 2 bath towels are missing . My wife doesn't even use public towels . This made ne sick off them spend more than 2000$ in this hotel . And they finally one of the employee took the towels without bringing them back

Breakfast and dinner choices were very good. Pool and sea views were pleasant if you were lucky enough to get the right rooms. Unfortunately loud music from an adjoining property well into the night. AC failure one night.

Definitely not a five star hotel, it has not been properly maintained. The facilities are alright, the pool was nice but it was a task trying to get a towel. The massage I had at the spa was quite nice but they changed my appointment time without informing me until I was there. What brought down my experience was the service, it was two star service, at best. No one was helpful, they sent you on wild goose chases, only giving you half information. Room service was tasty but extremely slow. I guess this is a perfect case of you get what you pay for.

Great location and nice pool area. However it is extremely noisy during the day and during the night. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, and during my turn at the counter the staff member kept talking to other guests and people while I was in the process of checking in. There were many angry guests at the reception. Also, they don't give you an iron on request in the room, and instead have ironing service that takes your clothes, when I called to ask for an iron they told me about the service, and said it would take an hour. That was just ridiculous, I had to leave shortly and was not really going to wait an entire hour to iron a T-shirt. I was also further told I wasn't even allowed to bring in my own iron. It's really a ridiculous issue, but also inconvenient for me

Grand hotel but only in season, everything charge
Going out of season meant no outdoor pool, maintenance workers everywhere. Charged for baby milk - everything had an expense against it. Grand in its scale and probably much nice in season. Location wise nothing is in walking distance everything is a taxi.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The service was terrible. The room had a leak. The food wasn’t good. Didn’t care for the beach. The only positive to this property was the pool.

1. the newly designed rooms with dark brown wood-like ceramics make us feel in a swiss chalet rather than in Tunisia. Carpeting the room is pure non-sense in well-known hot and sunny country. 2. aircon was not working 3. room refrigerator was not working 4. TV set with no international channels: CNN, BBC, CCTV, Bloomberg, etc... 5. wifi access free but with no access control 6. excessive rate for breakfast/dinner when compared to concurrent offers

Large pool and nice lobby. But the door men made us feel unwelcome,didn’t hold the door for me when i was leaving with a baby and luggage (he stood there watching) and we just generally felt as though the property was run down and not five star. Towels missing (then questioned about them), given the third degree when simply entering the hotel on multiple occasions, big hassle to reach room service and the bathroom was old and felt dirty. Reception, housekeeping,lifeguards and breakfast girls were nice. Unfortunately they work at a mediocre hotel that advertises as prestigious (the basis of the issue).
