Stylish modern hotel in the center of the city.

Posted Oct 21, 2017
Pros: Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was modern. Staff were hospitable.
Cons: WiFi signal did not reach my room - a major inconvenience. Had to sit in the (comfortable but small) lobby every time.
Location: Hotel is right on the main boulevard. Everything is within walking distance.
Clean, modern hotel right on the main boulevard. The entire back wall of the main elevator has an enlargement of the New York Times front page reporting on the day the Tunisians overthrew the 30-year President Bourgiba, thus starting the Arab Spring. The hallway outside just outside my elevator on the fourth floor had a giant mosaic mural of Odysseus tied to his ship mast, listening to the songs of the harpies, similar to the one that can be seen in the Bordo Museum here, which surely has the greatest collection of Roman era mosaics anywhere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. WiFi signal was fine in the lobby but did not reach my room.
