Staff just don't understand hospitality industry

Pros: The hotel was redone since the last time I visited and the floors and bathrooms were much better.
Cons: The attitude of some of the staff is the thing that needs the most improvement. Wifi also does not work in the rooms.
Location: Get a taxi. It is slightly easier to get a taxi near the hotel than anywhere else.
The majority of the staff simply do not understand the hospitality industry. I used to think they were all racists, or that they were being mean for no justifiable reason. I have now come to the conclusion after visiting Tunisia for 10 years that they do not intend to be inhospitable or mean, they just don't understand the purpose of their job, and without the owner of the hotel being here physically to make sure that they do their jobs, they will continue to do the minimum. Here is an example: Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM. It is a buffet breakfast, not very good, but not horrible, slightly below average in every way. I came in to have breakfast at 9:50 AM. I was sitting at my table at 10:10, not getting more food, not moving, when one of the staff came and told me that breakfast time was over at 10 and that I should leave so that they could clean up the dining room. He did not see anything wrong with interrupting a guests breakfast to tell them to leave the dining area, even though I was not getting more food. In every other hotel I have ever visited, if breakfast time has passed, they take the food away, and leave you to sit in your own area to finish your breakfast. It is this kind of stuff that is the norm in the hotel industry in Tunis. As the guest in the hotel, you feel as though you are working for some of the staff members instead of vice versa. Smiles are non-existent. This is not to say everyone is miserable. The cleaning lady for example was very nice.

Clean and calm hotel

Pros: its clean and calm
Cons: at least they need to provide water kettles and tea bags, They need to put separators in the balcony and I preface to add that balcony are to the room
Location: the area behind this hotel is full of services , restaurants and shops also its so close to the air port
This Hotel is clean and calm , they don't have much services or entertainment to provide, but they are good if you are not expecting any services

Nice Stay as always

I have been booking in this hotel for while, ever time I come to the hotel I feel home, all staff are friendly. the hotel facilities are good with price. Its convenient for Business as BTL, British cousil, most embassy just around. I like this hotel but this time was different, there is too much improvement with the new decoration rooms, the rooms looks more modern and colors are well selected. Still only rooms need the black curtain so when sleep no light will enter. I would like to specially thank Sara (the receptionist), as she has been so helpful as always.

The hotel is very good close to city centre.

My experience was very short,l arrived at 10pm and left at 5 30am,l did not do much,but the room was fantastic,very cosy,l most certainly will book in to stay In this hotel again.
