Not bad

The hotel is clean and in a good location the breakfast is good but the only problem is that the same menu everyday. Noisy at night as they have a night club downstairs

I stayed at Le Pacha hotel for one night, it was a good staying, what i really liked about the hotel beside its cleanliness is the quick check in and the great reception. Excellent hotel for a business trip with a moderately cheap price!

I was supposed to check-in on the on Sun 21st, but unfortunately I couldn't because I couldn't get on the plane from Djerba to Tunis. I had a stand-by ticket with confirmation from travel agent to get me on the plane, yet he turned me down! Accordingly, I lost the reservation. However, I had a previous experience at the same Hotel Last year, and it was a pleasant stay, except for the Air condition which sometimes leaking water.

The worst hotel i ve ever seen in my life.

I booked this hotel thru expedia. I flew from Dubai. Arrived the 5th around 2pm. I noticed a very strange heavy noise coming from the AC. I reported it to the front desk and they said it s normal. Since I am only staying two days in Tunis for the first time. I din t want to make big deal out of it. Right away i changed and I went sightseing the rest of the day. When i came back to the hotel in the evening.i found the whole room flooded. water coming from the ceiling and from the AC. My pants was all wet. I was so exhausted and overwhemed to see this. So i called the front desk right away asking them to come & see what s happening on my room and asked them to move me right away to a different room. The receptionist said: we are over booked tonight. No more rooms but i will send someone to clean the water and fix the problem without even any appology. Since it was my first time in Tunisia. I didn t want ti drag myself late night looki g for a hotel. So i said plz do send someone asap as i really need to sleep. I waited one HR. Noone show up so since all my staff still packed. I went downstairs and told the front desk man to move me to a clean riom as i need to sleep & the room is flooded it will take them ages to take care of the problem. He said ni room. I just couldn t help myself but to leave that night and all what they said we can t give u ur money. Expedia has it. U didn t pay us. I was lucky to find a close by hotel that night but this was the worst experience ever.
