Great hospitality from staff
"Great location, super friendly and very helpful staff - would highly recommend."
"The service is amazing, from the gate to the housekeeping. Super friendly staff, Sihem from the front desk and Sami, Houcine at the buffet deserve a 5 star rating."

"My recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay.
In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable.
However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted.
Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay. I slept really well. The duration of my stay was great, my room was very comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional. I wish I knew the young woman’s name because she deserves a promotion :) for sure! Breakfast was great everyday and I got a chance to eat at the restaurants as well. The only thing I was sad about was that I picked this property for the spa and gym mainly. The gym was very small, and the spa was under construction. So I was a disappointment. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, also recommend, if someone needed a suggestion. "
"The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to Yamina Jemai (Gouvernante Generale) for her amazing service.

"The staff were extremely attentive, all the way from check in, dining and check out. The sheets on the baby cot were stained and dirty. But this was changed within the hour with no trouble at all. "
