For a 3 star hotel it barely makes 1 star. Everything is dated and barely working. On enquiring why my room had no telephone I was told that none of the rooms have telephones and the receptionist gave me his mobile number.

staff is terrible No assistance even to get a taxi You handle your own language it was my first and definitely the last as I was quite disappointed with the way staff treating guests!

It was a comfortable and convenient location. The first night the fire alarm went off at 2 am - and we had no idea what to do but by the time we realized what was going on it had all stopped. Went off again the next morning - just an issue with the floor we were in it seemed. It was fixed after that so enjoyed more peaceful nights. the bed was quite hard but sufficient. Good value for money.

Simply put, the worst hotel experience ever, receptionists are unprofessional, they couldn't figure my reservation, told me the hotel is full n literally asked me to leave when I have already been charged for the room...then gave me the room after I insisted they should check.. Found the hotel closed when goin back after a night out, had to wait fo some1 to open the door, next morning, there was no water in the whole hotel, no body cared abt it.. To avoid at all costs.Im never coming back.

Unfortunately don't book again
Worst hotel ever. No refrigerator no phone work. Room dirty. Air conditioning system hot. A standard room for 80$. Parking for only 4 cars lol. After check in you will stay 2 hours for available room. Hotel in center but seem Old. I pay 80$ without gave me breakfast at my room I'll never book again

I am speaking in behalf of my husband who arrived there last tuesday, staff service is appaulling, staff are not very helpful at all. My husband arrived there late because of the delay in his flight, so he arrived 11:30pm, hungry and very tired, all he wanted was to get into his room and rest, all of a sudden the staff telling him he has no booking but we paid already everything two days before he comes. Staff did not even tried to solve it nor helped him, he was ignored and unattended. Can you imagine a client being unattended in the middle of the night! This is unprofessional and unacceptable! We will not book in this hotel anymore and i hope next time nibody will be treated this way. And maybe next time, they could hire somebody who speaks english too, how can you attend to a client who wont understand the needs of their client! Unbelievable!

I booked with hotels.com and i was sure it’s a prepaid booking, i arrived to the hotel the receptionist asked me to pay cash ... say what , coz room reservation of the hotel is closed and they don’t have my booking... I was tired and I needed to sleep to catch up my early morning flight on time so I paid ... after one day I was surprised that my card is charged by the hotels.com as well .... are we having thieves instead of receptionists ??!! MY ADVISE: Don’t book or deal with this hotel at all, you would never know what they may charge u for

Hotel has NO parking in spite of the reservation's claim that there is "free parking". I had to look and find a parking space in the street and pay for it. In addition the room was a smoking room while I reserved an nonsmoking room.

The location of the hotel is very good The room was spacious but there is an urgent need to ensure that he electrical items such as TV and hair dryers are working and the telephone too before occupancy There is a need to include healthy breakfast such as porridge, fruits , and more varieties of cheese

There are better hotels for cheaper
Checked out after the first night. So dirty it's unreal. Got bitten by bed bugs. Didn't even dare eat the breakfast.

The staff was helpful and they try to help. There is no business center I mean you have to bring your own laptop. The single room was small and with an old TV. The Best was the guy in front desk you give me access to front desk computer and his phone to make call.
