There is carpeting everywhere that is super old and looks filthy. The breakfast was awful. The premade omelets watery and tasteless

There us not a lot of places in the Red bay area (20 min away) or Fulton fir that matter. My family lives in Red Bay ala so i stay here twice a year and always have a good experience.

Everything about the property was amazing. The only complaint I had was when I got there to check in I waited for 30 minutes before anyone became available to check me in.

We han a lovely night at this hotel. The front desk personnel were most helpful and pleasant. The hot breakfast selections were very good. We are not in the Fulton area often but we won't hesitate to stay here again.

The HVAC did not work in my room. It got down to 40° that night I got up to take a shower the next morning I ran the shower for 20 minutes. The hot water never worked They offered no kind of refund our credit of any kind. I won’t be staying there again.

The best part about our stay was the breakfast. Our room was clean enough but not well maintained and very dark. Our air conditioning/heat did not work as well. We were disappointed.

The place in the area is fine. I have no complaints with that. The young lady that checked me in just seem like she didn’t want to be there and she talked a mile a minute and she expected me to keep up. Like she was in a hurry to go back to the back room again.

I have stayed at this particular hotel a number of times and it has always been better than most. The only thing I need to say is why do these hotels think it's ok to install a 12" tall toilet. I am 6'3" and to use one is difficult at best. Please have at least a normal height toilet of 14.5" installed at minimum. Yes I do sell toilets where I work.

Friendly and prompt service at check in desk. Bed was comfortable and room clean Breakfast was as advertised. Workout room was disappointing seat was broken on the stationary bike and the treadmill worked but shifted and creaked badly
