Nice

Everything was great except for breakfast. We got there at 8:30 and the food was cooked at 6:30. It was really awful.

College visit

When I arrived the entrance doors to the lobby were open. Thought that was strange. Parking is a joke. Cleanliness of the elevator and hallways was not good. Room was comfortable, nothing special though. When I went to check out I had to find someone to help me, no one behind the front desk.

Parking in the front is very congested; we try to inform all our guests of the more spacious parking at the back of the building, but on sold out weekends that can be a bit cramped as well. We will work on improving the other areas mentioned before you hopefully return in the fall. Safe travels.

Booked the room for my groom the night Before our wedding. He enjoyed his stay, breakfast was delicious and he was guest of the day and received a treat bag. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice place for the night. Not much parking in the front.

Thanks for the nice review. Parking in the front is sometimes hard to come by, we do our best to make sure everyone is aware of the extra parking in the back. The hotel is then easily accessed through two doors that are room key controlled.

Ok hotel to stay at

Pros: The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door
Cons: The room had a smoke smell when we first walked in. The breakfast was ok but have had better at other Holiday Inn Express

Quick access to highway exit and shopping

Pros: location/clean rooms
Cons: needs a little more parking if possible
Location: great location from exit ---good food next to and across the street
clean room -spacious- best breakfast buffet I have seen yet--great variety

We agree - our parking is a little cramped on sold out nights. We do have extra parking at the back of the building as well, for the next time you're in town. We're glad our breakfast variety impressed, and we can't wait to see you again.

Lack of Support for US Military & Their Families

Pros: Had no chance to stay in room due to natural disaster.
Cons: Lack of support for US Military & their families. Hotel refused to issue refund when trip in support of US military cancelled by Hurricane Matthew
Location: Do not know. The stay was cancelled by a natural disaster and we didn't get to visit the area.
