“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

“During our stay we had alot of inconveniences we lost power a lot throughout the days, air conditioning and water but that one isn’t ther fault due to the water outage. When we arrived we had 3 apartments booked our first one didn’t have a key so we had to go get a new one and wait for it to be remade it. The rooms weren’t the cleanest there was a lot of random dusty and dirty stuff around the rooms. You only hav Ac in the rooms if they are working but everywhere else in the apartment doesn’t.”

“So dirty very very dirty nothing works at all no running water for 6 days ! They won’t even bring you a bucket for your own water I got one roll of toilet paper for 6 days and 4 people communication sucks wifi is terrible in in an old insane asylum right in the middle of the hood”
