I can see that you stayed in one of our standard rooms, which is smaller in size, namely 13 m2. I can recommend you one of our superior rooms with 24 m2. and includes Chromecast tv, a work desk, tea / coffee making facilities, air conditioning and panoramic views.The superior rooms cost DKK 200 in upgrade.Please let us know if we can be of assistance upon your next booking. First, thank you very much for your review. I sincerely regret that you had this experience at check-in. We usually guarantee check-in at 3 pm, however, problems sometimes arise which make late check-in very regrettable. We have staffed the bar in the evenings, but the front desk makes sure to call a bartender when needed. I make sure to follow up with my staff at the front desk so we get corrected.
