I wouldn’t recommend
The hotel was in poor condition, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet flush was broken, breakfast toaster broken for the entirety of our long weekend there. The room telephone was broken and even lights didn’t work. The staff failed to even fulfill basic requests like an extra pillow or blanket. I wouldn’t recommend

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life. The room was dirty and cold, the shower was not working (the water was flowing out really slowly and it cold) and my room was not cleaned.

Expected more than this!
I spent a night in the hotel and it was not that good. The room was not clean as the floor was already dirty the moment i enter the room. Smelly room, bed and towels. I’ve been given a room in the last level (602) it was big but not that great. Bathroom experience was bad as the shower was broken and i had to fix it in a way so that i can take shower. As mentioned earlier the towels were smelly. I would not recommend the hotel at all unless you need to visit the city and it’s the only option.

Good location but anything else was disappointing
Stylish hotel however the facilities need some renovation. Sound insulation is non existing and I was regularly waken up overnight by other guests or by trucks loading/unloading stuff In front of the hotel. The room was so dark that I couldn’t make a Facetime video call. Overall I don’t give the lowest score because of the polite staff and convenient location. I can’t comment about cleanliness because as said the room was too dark.

Hotel average warms to hot
Checked in after lunch and while check in process was ok , when I got to my room I found It was miles too warm. Totally unacceptable- informed the staff but got told cool AC does not work so open a window. Bit of a joke for the money paid. Would NOT go back to this Hotel or recommend it ..

Very nice 4-star hotel, close to the center but also close to the southern part of Torino. Large room, great bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff. Internet connection could have been better (was disconnecting randomly).

Hotel with modern setting but basic comfort
This hotel probably qualifies as chic. However, the comfort is basic. The bed was actually two smaller beds side by side and the room barely larger than the bed itself. However, the breakfast was amazing, with quality cold cuts, cheers, pastries and quality Italian coffee/capuccino/etc. The rate was also reasonable.

Great Hotel
First of all, The staff is amazing! Always happy to assist, always smiling. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. This is a boutique hotel with boutique service very close to Turin's beautiful park and only 2.5K from the city center.

Not your average European hotel
The hotel is refreshingly different than any other hotels that I have stayed in (and I travel frequently). The word "art" in the name is indicative of what you will find here. There is art throughout, and the rooms (at least the room I had) art featured prominently. And the room was very spacious. The hotel staff were over-the-top friendly and made the stay that much better.

Stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was beautiful. Now it needs work. The stucco is peeling off the walls, mold on the bathtub, the floor looks dirty although it probably is just worn.

Very enjoyable stay
Had four days in Turin with business and the my stay at Art Hotel Boston was perfectly satisfying with a very comfortable room which I think was at the cheaper end. The breakfast was complete with all you would expect plus great coffee :) The restaurant was fine although there were some nice cheaper alternatives very close by including some amazing pizza although the name of the restaurant escapes me. All it was a easy and comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel
I stayed at the art hotel Boston during the world masters games. The staff were excellent and always helpful. They gave accurate information and made my stay very comfortable. I was traveling alone but Turin was a wok coming city with lots to see and do and an interesting history. I would reccomend both Turin and the art hotel Boston

Fabulously creative art and decor throughout
For the lover of modern art and design, Art Hotel Boston is a unique experience. The service is superb in every way. At the front desk, Roberta, Allesandro and Davide are delightfully helpful. A great breakfast is included. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, and it's a good idea to request one that has been recently renovated. Highly recommended overall.

This is a nice hotel (for europe), the rooms are small but nice, the lobby and bar are very nice. The worst thing is that there is nothing in this area. The hotel restaurant is snobby and not very good. Staff is helpful.

Perfect hotel
This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I arrived late with the train from Milan and it was just 10 min walk fron the station. I had a nice room on 5th floor with a terrace. The bar next to lobby was perfect for business dicussions thje next day, and then a 5-dish lunch in the restaurang.

Very pleased. It is too far from city centre to walk. More in a residential area.
