The hotel is very elegant with gorgeous blue colors and cream trim. Eclectic mix of traditional and very modern. Stepping inside just relaxes you! Have a drinkbin the lovely entry room. Tasty breakfast and cappucinos.

An excellent 4* hotel in a central area very convenient to shopping, tourism and transport links. What stood out most of all was the staff. Without exception, they were all excellent, most welcoming and obviously very well trained. We got a wonderful reception from Anna who briefed us on the local attractions and then recommended 3 excellent restaurants. Irene, also on reception was very helpful. My wife and I would certainly recommend this hotel to any travellers to this delightful city.

Staff were really polite, hospitality was great, rooms were very comfortable, spa and massage was excellent. Highly recommend a weekend city visit - perfect public transport for those NITO ATP tennis supporters - excellent to walk or take a tram or both. I have no complaints whatsoever ever

Room is spacious, clean and modern in design. Free minibar is very sensible as it save a lot of time and effort while enhancing guest experience. The breakfast in a ball room setting is excellent in terms of food and ambience. There are many other nice spaces and facilities we did not experienxe, but all and all the "Palace" in the hotel name is well deserved.

We had a great stay in Turin! The hotel is right next to Porta Nuova train station - very convenient for taking day trips from Turin, and it’s not one of those “cheap train station places” - quite the opposite, actually, with beautiful interiors, nicely appointed rooms (get one with a terrace if you can!), great breakfast, and a rooftop terrace for cocktails and dining. Easily walkable to the dining, shopping, and attractions in Turin. We will definitely return to Turin, and won’t think twice about where to stay while we’re there!

Such a beautiful, pristine hotel! Wonderful, helpful staff. Gorgeous buffet in an incredible dining room. Our room was spacious, so clean, had everything we needed.

Perfectly placed for Porta Nuovo rail station. Classy hotel with a great room, high quality environment and spectacular service: when our train was cancelled after we'd checked out they let us back in the room to make alternative arrangements, and were consistently kind & considerate both before and after. We hadn't realised this sort of service still existed

Very nice overall. Room was hot and the air condition was not working, they said only works during summer. Had to sleep with windows open and outside was very noisy with people and trains.

Fantastic hotel, from the warm welcome from Luca at the front desk to a beautiful room. Additionally, both the breakfast room and the La petite Madeleine restaurant were 10/10. The food and the service were the highlight of our stay in Turin.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is too notch. They try everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms are absolutely amazing. When my closet light was not working properly they tried to address the issue right away even tho it was a minor thing. Stay here!
