What a beautiful visit to the city of Turin! The hotel was perfect the staff were always helpful and kind. Especially the concierge Silvia was amazing from the day I booked with my many emails. Thank you for making our trip so special. After my son left they allowed me to stay in the room as an upgrade. The spa was great! Do not miss it. A truly wonderful experience and free for hotel guests. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Torino again one day.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent and friendly service. We were upgraded to a junior suite which had a bathtub. Much appreciated after days of walking! Everyone went out of their way to help and the service was courteous, attentive and efficient. Located in a great area with great shopping, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!!

Principe di Piedmonte made our stay so welcoming and so special. They were so generous with their service and thoughtful with any additional requests we had. The room view we had was spectacular. Everything was very clean, too. Recommend!

What to say about this beautiful hotel? My partner and I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time. We were prepared to leave our bags, go to lunch and return (and would have been totally fine with that), but reception had a different idea. I wish I had the name of the person that checked me in so that she could get the credit she deserves for making it a lovely experience. The lady next to the one checking me in noted that it may be possible to change our room for one that was ready. The one checking us in went to check and not only did we get a room that was ready right away, but we were upgraded from a deluxe city view room to a junior suite! I'm really sad that we were only in Turin for one night because this room was lovely. The breakfast was great, too. All of the typical sweet items in an Italian breakfast, but also scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon and chicken sausage as well as cold cuts, yogurts, cereals and an assortment of drinks, coffee and tea. The location is perfect as well. Directly in the center, maybe a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova (train station) and easy to get to anywhere in the city. My only criticism is the same criticism I have of pretty much every hotel: the pillows. They weren't terrible, but could do with a couple of softer ones. If you're on the fence about where to stay in Turin, stay here. We've been to Turin three times in the last year so I'm not sure we'll return anytime soon, but when we do, we will definitely stay here.

Is in a perfectly convenient for a short walk to major sights (Royal Palace, Egyptian Museum, others), shopping, restaurants, etc. we stayed in a junior suite that was spacious with a beautiful, marble bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Nice location and clean hotel. Perfect room suite. Very good amenities, close to restaurants. On the other hand the breakfast was not that good for a 5 star hotel. Not a lot to decide on breakfast. When compare to hotels in Torino and Milan the breakfast here is a 3 rating. Personnel not friendly at breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a fabulous location within an easy walk from the train station. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We had an upgrade to a junior suite with a fabulous bathroom and a great view over Torino. The hotel bar is great for a nightcap or two! We will return again when we're next in Torino.

Summer stay in Turin
This was a very pleasant stat in a hotel that is ideally located if you want to visit Torino's main atteactions within walking distance. Furthermore, there is a metro station nearby. Looking forward to returning.
