“The apartment is great and in the old town!!Everything is clean and the office(reception) is close to the apartment, just fews minutes walk. The staff at the office is nice and helpful, although we forgot to tell them we will arrive there earlier than the check-in time, they helped us to get into the apartment as soon as possible. “Katja was very helpful on WhatsApp before and during the trip with requests and queries. We loved having access to the rooftop terrace and the view of the old town. Size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was well equipped. “Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”

"房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。
但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。
行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。
（至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。"
