What a vacation!!!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Add another restaurant or change up the menu
Location: Can bike to restaurants, shopping, grocery store Groupers restaurant, Turks kebab, Danny buoys.
Great staff!!!! Couldn't have asked for friendlier people. Great beach, clean, tons of umbrellas available, no need placing towels early in the morning to save a spot. Kayaks, paddleboards avail free of charge. Parasailing, tour pick up right at beach. We booked a half day snorkelling tour for three, it rained so hard that day the tour had to be called short. you can't predict the weather and better to b safe than sorry. That night a staff member from the front desk called our room and asked if we wanted to try the tour again, free of charge!!!!!!!! They wanted to "be sure you enjoy your stay with us"!!!! Incredible! Nice warm pool, never crowded. Clean room. We stayed in a king bedroom with pullout couch. huge balcony, bath and a half! nice to have washer and dryer in room. food at restaurant was ok, but a little pricier than if u leave resort to eat. But, we did receive $30 breakfast credit each day. Great to have bikes avail at no charge. 10 min ride to grocery store where u can load up on fruit, drinks,anything else. Also used bikes to go out to restaurants and shopping. We would return! It would be nice to have another restaurant on site as well as a little convenience store/suvenir shop.

As we are not a large property, we do only have the one restaurant, but we do offer complimentary shuttles to our 2 sister resorts so that our guests can experience a variety of excellent restaurants on the island. Slow staff service. Staff rarely smiles they seem to be unhappy working. Great location other than that hotel overall is mediocre.

The friendliest staff

We stayed at the hotel and the staff was amazing. They were helpful and always full of smiles. They were always accommodating. The activities are great and the fish fry was so fun. We can't wait to go back to our new found family at the Alexandra Resort next year.

Great place to get away and relax

Pros: The rooms were cleaned daily and Molique provided us with lots of great ideas about island sites. Quiet hotel in a very relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Add lounges with canopies on the beach and add an evening pool party where patrons can mingle.
Location: Location was great and close to Salt Mills and other areas where you can shop and dine.
The hotel staff was helpful, informative and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and the staff was quite friendly. They provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful beach, great location on Grace Bay

Beautiful beach, great location on Grace Bay... We rented a car so we could explore the island, buy groceries (be prepared for major sticker shock when you see grocery prices!). Asu restaurant served yummy but expensive meals, so we were happy to have our car to eat at other restaurants on the island. The breakfast credit was a nice bonus, but the 12% government tax, the 10% "service charge" and added gratuity added up quickly on each breakfast bill. Our room was clean & we really liked that housekeeping stopped by each night to see if we needed towels, etc. We stayed in a beachfront studio King & we were very pleased with that room choice! Be prepared for the Turks & Caicos heat & bring insect repellant.

Stayed for 7 days; very accommodating staff. Helped plan the 2 excursions we went on. Made numerous dinner reservations for us and we readily available when needed.

The Alexandra Resort was nothing short from amazing! The staff, the manager, everyone was very pleasant & took care of my needs! The food was awesome! I'll return & stay with them again!

Couldn't have been happier with the hotel.

Pros: Location was great- short walks to restaurants and nice grounds.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind- maybe a shuttle service to town once a day instead of having to get a cab.
Location: Mainly restaurants- Salt Mills shopping isn't that far to walk to but not much fun in hot weather.
Beautiful beachfront view and huge room- really like an apartment. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
