Pros: The beach is beautiful crystal clea , no waves the sand is soft we spent 90% of our time there. Slow season we had the resort for ourselves
Cons: The Caribbean rooms are clean but need some renovations done like in the bathrooms. The floor mats in the pool need to be replace when needed.
Location: We stayed at the Caribbean Village (east) and everything is walking distance. The French Village is furthest from the beach.
Upon arrival at the Airport a Van from Beaches took us to the Hotel. At the Reservations desk they gave a cool towel and a welcome drink, after checking us in they took us and our luggage to our room at the Caribbean Village, we stayed at Rm 102 which was close to the beach and restaurants. Certain amenities were closed since this is the slow season like the majority of the Water park and guests with children were disappointed that they were not advised I guess the renovations to the property started after Sept 1 including the Jerk Shack restaurant by the beach which was closed. We loved having breakfast at Mario's is buffet style and they have an omelet station. We ate at most of the restaurants that were opened because not open everyday. The staff was very courteous, would always say Hello. At the grill area at Arizona Restaurant some could care less by the seating area they were always nice Jose and Stephanie were great. As for as upgrades we were not offered any although they were not full. Each evening included a live entertainment. We took the snorkeling trip however to the left of the Hotel by the Windsong Resort there is a reef lots of fish close to shore, you can sign at the Dive Shop for the snorkel geer to use it here. By Dino's Restaurant at the Waterpark which is also right behind Mario's Restaurant there is an exit that takes you to the locals which offer a lot of souvenir items and great prices.

Classy hotelPosted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: Multiple restaurants within the resort, beautiful clean beaches, bars everywhere, and cleanliness.
Cons: More huts or umbrellas on the beach.
Location: Not much. Better to stay in the resort. There is a casino that was sort of shady. Went to an upscale club in another hotel that was overpriced.
Beaches hotel is classy and fun. Very family friendly. Their food was great, never got sick. The bartenders are open to whatever drink you like and they make them good too! I really enjoyed my vacation here. Only thing I did not like what was not enough huts, umbrellas, or verandas on the beach to allow for shade. If you got to the beach even around 10 am they were always reserved or taken :(. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Nice hotel steps from the beach.Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Very clean and close to beach!
Cons: The walls in the west village are very thin so hopefully you don't get a noisy neighbor.
Location: There is a town nearby where you can shop with the locals. Also, many other activities including boating, tubing, jet skiing, etc.
Overall amazing hotel that I would visit again! Many restaurants to choose from both buffet and ala carte. Plenty of bars with a staff that can make almost any frozen and traditional drink/shot. Multiple pools and activities available. locals who work on commission will approach you to offer many additional activites, but are very expensive. You might want to ask front desk where to go for best deal- jet skiing, etc.

Room was not updated, bugs coming inPosted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: Grounds were beautiful and well kept
Cons: Rooms in the Carribbean area
I simply wanted to upgrade my room after booking with Expedia. Well that's next to impossible. After two hours of holding on the phone for Expedia and then Beaches resort to hear "We can't do that". Well, I know who can "My Travel Agent"

Wonderful vacation!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: We had an Italian waterfront 2 room suite. It was beautiful and worth it!
Cons: Add a door to the master bedroom. Provide snacks in room daily.
Location: Snorkle down the beach to the reef preserve! With the 10 minute walk or snorkel!
This is a true get away which the entire family can enjoy! It is truly like living inside an aquarium! The food was great although not completely gormet....our favorite overall restaurant was Neptunes. ( order desserts!) My only room comfort issue was a slight issue of privacy for adults traveling with kids who get the 2 room suite. There isn't a door to the official master bedroom. The door separating the rooms is on the kid's side which leads into the hall with the bathroom. My husband and I thought there definitely needed one for our room too. Privacy needed!

Wonderful, friendly staff, lots to doPosted Jun 27, 2015
Although we got off to a rocky staff as we couldn't find any food options open when we arrived at 4pm, we ended up loving the hotel, its staff and amenities and now want to go back with our 7 year old daughter! Fun water park, many food choices and activities for all ages!

Nice but not worth the money.Posted Jun 21, 2015 on Hotels
Resort is nice but better suited for families than couple. Food is ok for vegetarians. We had some issues with our room. The TV connection was poor and or safe did not work. Not worth the amount of money we paid.

Wonderful Resort & Excellent Staff!Posted Jun 5, 2015
Just returned from the best vacation our family has ever had. The Beaches Turks & Caicos resort was beautiful, the staff was excellent, and our memories will last a lifetime. My daughter and I have a gluten allergy. Their culinary concierge program allowed us to pre-order nearly anything gluten free from the menu of over 10-15 different restaurants! The food was excellent and my daughter and I had no allergic issues during our stay. Andrea and Marlene in the culinary concierge office were courteous and cared for us during our entire stay. The director ("Tin-Tin") of their teen program, made sure out two teenage daughters had a safe and fun time, as well. He not only coordinated activities, but also introduced them to other teen guests, while ensuring they had fun but were also safe. My wife and I can't thank the staff enough. THANK YOU!

Beautiful BeachPosted May 23, 2015
Beaches Resort and spa is located on a beautiful beach. There was plenty of beach chairs available by the beach and the pool. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. The kids will love it. They have plenty of activities for the kiddies. However I didn't find the staff to be all that friendly. The food was alright. It wasn't great or horrible. Same goes for the drinks. However I did see a cockroach in the topings of the ice cream in Bobby D's restaurant by the slides. When I told the guy working there, he ignores me like it wasn't there. Other than that I found the rest of the resort to be clean and well kept.
