BEACH VERY CLOSE WITH REEF AND POOL TO SWIM IN.

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: wifi working, pool as alternate swimming place if weather not cooperating.
Cons: Carpet could be changed, screens fixed and general upkeep before someone rents from you.
Location: Close to beach , pool, able to go running, quiet , good snorkelling in vicinity ,hiking cave exploring, restaurants, stores for grocery shopping -
The condo had broken screens which allowed more sand flies in therefor , made for uncomfortable sleeping . Toilet also was broken and not able to get plumber in - there was another bathroom for alternate use. Not enough toilet paper for our stay ( 10days). Carpet dirty - alternate flooring i.e. tile or hardwood would be nice and easier for clean up.Kitchen well stocked ... more paper towels. Quiet and relaxing. Able to walk to restaurants despite expense. Other destination areas needed a car for exploring. People very friendly and accommodating .

Needs updating!

Posted Mar 3, 2014 on Hotels
Our stay was nice our room at the Caicos Beach Condominiums was just ok! The room is very in need of updating! The screen on the slider door has holes in it allowing bitten bugs to get into the room and bite you. I bet I had over 100 bug bites from what I call no-see-ums. they are very tiny flying insects that are hard to see but are very aggressive. If you want some real down time and want to get away from everything (except the bugs) go to North Caicos and enjoy the beautiful weather and the beautiful water.

Quiet ,Quaint Isolated and Remote

Pros: The Manager was a very nice local lady trying to do her best.
Cons: Internet access,in room TV better method of getting to North Caicos than that ferry ride.
Location: Right on the beach. Very little to do nearby other than walk on the beach.
It was a long trip from the airport. Twenty minute taxi ride. then a one hour wait for the next ferry only to discover when they went out to check the boat 2 minutes before departure there was a problem with the boat. Finally another boat showed up 30 minutes late and we then had a 30 minute uneventful trip to North Caicos, Then a small hassle over who was transporting us to our hotel. Finally we arrived at Caicos Beach Condominiums. Not what one would really expect. The manager was very nice and helpful and actually called out to order dinner for us as there was no available restaurant nearby. The food was quite good, certainly more of the home cooked vintage. Lots of aggravating sand fleas. Beach was average, narrow not real long. Water was very warm as beach area is protected by reef about half mile of shore. I couldn't recommend this place unless you want to be really away.willing to wear lots of bug repellent, acceptable to very limited night life activities. don't need internet or TV and can accept a 3 hour journey from the airport. It is on Caribbean time, nothing wrong with that if you like it.

Relax on North Caicos

Posted Mar 31, 2011
Caicos Beach Condos were perfect!! The rooms, grounds and the BEACH were wonderful. The accommdations are much better than the pictures, though the pictures are accurate, the grounds and beach are so beautiful. Chrischelle took care of our every need. The full kitchens were wonderful as cooking is necessary, only a couple of restaurants on the island. Lovely but spendy restaurant on the grounds of the Condos. The suggestion on the web site to stop at the IGA on Provo on the way to the ferry was really important. The IGA prices were very reasonable considering most island prices we have experienced. N. Caicos is very quiet with the most beautiful beach and snorkeling right out your door of the Condos
