East Bay is the most relaxing resort. Was very chill and the staff was amazing! (CJ is the man!) They were very helpful. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made our time there absolutely amazing. The beach is huge and feels like a personal private beach as many times were we the only people on the beach. Even when it was busy, it's massive so it never felt crowded. Definitely the place for a relaxing vacation not the best for those seeking partying or night life.

What started as a weekend getaway with diving ended with police involvement. Three guests having a loud party in the pool at 11pm for the second night. Security incapable of doing anything. Management claiming they didn't know who the guests were despite them being in the room next to the manager's living quarters and only 6 total rooms occupied at the time. Violent threats uttered by the guests went without consequence. Police were inept and useless. If you are keen to be safe on your holiday and expect hotel security, management, and the police to do anything about a real threat to your safety this is not the place for you.

The property is well kept and all the amenities are accessible. I also found the ladies at the front desk very customer friendly as well as the waitresses especially Josephine. Keep up the great work.

The people in the resort are very nice however this property is not ready for guests Food is horrible. They have four tray of food at least 3 frozen vegetables 1 meat 1 rice You going to starve yourself Living on French fried or pizza for your money. One pool with no bartender no music no entertainment. They not ready There’s nothing to do.

This resort is located in paradise. After endless days of working in the United States, this resort was ideal for R&R. CJ, Ashley and the rest of the staff were helpful, welcoming, and professional, making our stay fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet place to lay in the sun, while listening to the ocean and consuming wonderful island drinks and cuisine, this place is for you. Only downside is that the resort is located on a very small, largely undeveloped island, so there’s not much to do outside of the resort, but it’s perfect for a few days of R&R and snorkeling

We really enjoyed our stay at East Bay. The resort is beautiful in every way and the hotel beach is stunning. Our departing flight at the tiny South Caicos airport was delayed and the hotel management went above and beyond, bringing us back to the hotel and treating us to lunch. They even arranged a charter flight for us. Amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed all the friendly and helpful staff members. We had a hard time saying goodbye to this place and this beautiful island. Highly recommended! We hope to return someday.

Didn't realize we needed to take a separate flight from Provo to South Caicos (but that was my fault). The facilities were nice. Not sure if there were non-ocean view rooms, but we did pay extra for ocean view room. Which did have a nice view.

This place has a nice beach and is pleasant to stay in general. We found the staffs who drive the transportation are all very friendly and helpful. The staff at front desk and the restaurant could be more friendly and helpful. Things to improve: they forgot to schedule our arrival pickup at the ferry; only one hand towel for the two of us and zero wash towel. Our suite offers a nice full kitchen but there is zero cutting knife or cutting board; the kitchen faucet has very low flow likely due to clogged filter. We reported the problem but no one came to address it. We managed by using the faucet in the bathroom.

The staff at this hotel is what makes this property excellent. They are well trained. Make sure you take with you bug spray. So many bugs, mosquitoes and flies. Had an amazing time and I look forward to returning.

The island was not what i was expecting for my trip to Turks and Caicos. It is very run down. The hotel was dated, empty and the beach did not have the crystal blue waters you expect from these islands. The water was brown, the room was slightly dirty and the food was only average. This was not my dream Turks and Caicos experience, so we ended up flying back to the main island and the hotel would not refund me any of my initial payment and has been completely unresponsive to my requests. I really have no idea why there are so many good ratings about this hotel.

We were a party of 5, 3 of us were not able to travel on 8/13/21 due to TCI travel insurance that took a while to be approved. We had to rent a hotel for 2 days at Provo. All 5 of us got to the resort on 8/15/21 since there was no ferry or plane going to the island. So we ended up doing 5 out of the 7 nights at the island. Getting to and leaving the island was an extra expenses we weren’t anticipating on. The air flights were horrible, we ended up having a long layover and it took us a whole day to travel back home.

East Bay Resort is a perfect place to spend time with family, friends, and loved ones. The area is pretty quiet and the view from our hotel room was absolutely beautiful. They offer complimentary kayaks, paddle boarding, and bikes. They also offered tours to go on around the island. However, sometimes the staff in the restaurant were quite slow and took forever to come to our table. The food on the menu was very good and appetizing and the food came back to our table fairly quickly. There are a couple of restaurants near by the resort that you can walk, bike, or be dropped off to. I would definitely come back to East Bay Resort!

This resort is a quiet no frills stop to relaxation and personal attention. As one of 3 resorts on the island, I think this one sports comfort and reclusiveness. This location gives you the private island and private beach feel.

Awesome location with an awesome property manager. The room was fabulous as well with all the necessary amenities (for ice you would have to walk to the restaurant to get a bucketful, but who cares if walking is so pleasant with all the breeze?). Service at the restaurant was a bit "shaky", but the food is still tasty. All in all, a great place to be! :)

The management and staff amenities and property and location are simply all amazing. I’ve never stayed somewhere that was so friendly with staff that were so kind and amenable. The pristine waters are perfect for snorkeling and diving. The beach is immaculate and beautiful. The rooms and facilities were spotless with beautiful views. Food was excellent. A true paradise.

The manager people the staff literally everyone was so nice so incredible and they went out of their way make anything and everything happen just the way that you wanted it and it was remarkable. This Resort is the only beachfront Resort so if you're thinking of going somewhere else that might look a little more fancy and upscale and you are sadly mistaken because sure your room might be a little nicer maybe your internet is a bit quicker maybe the food is a bit more high-end but did you really fly all the way out to the South tip of the South Caicos Island for that when you could just go to Las Vegas? I know you came to be on the beach to be on the water not just have a view of the Caribbean but have instantaneous beachfront access to it and every room has a view and it's not from four miles back up the hill it's right on the water in every activity from scuba diving kayaking anything you name it all you have to do is walk out your front door step on the boat and within 5 minutes you're there

The resort delivers excellent guest service. If you make any request, the staff and the manager follow through and provide answers and recommendations. We have traveled there twice and the staff “remembers your name or at least that you have visited before. The resort is a R&R type establishment. If you need a place to get away from reality. East Bay Resort is your place to vacation.

This is a beautiful property. Rooms, grounds are immaculately maintained. Water-related activities are in abundance; however, a few more on-site activities for older guests would be nice (shuffleboard, mini golf, etc.) Kudos to Bert Nowak and his staff who addressed all concerns that arose. Everyone was warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely return.

We liked the peacefulness of this property and how clean it was. The manager and head chef were very attentive, however, the rest of the staff left something to be desired.
