Clean and comfortable. Great value for the area. That said, it does not have the amenities of a resort. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Beautiful beach with no facilities. You must walk 7-10 minutes in either direction on beach for beautiful beach bars-restaurant. The Deck at Seven Seas or Hemmingways at the Sands. Both have great food and drinks. But it does cost double to stay at those resorts. So Inn at Grace bay is more affordable and out on the street there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within 2-10 minutes walk depending where you want to go. Also note that they have a building under construction by beach one looks to have rest rooms the other not sure what it is. So maybe in future they will at least be bathrooms at beach.

Perfect location especially for first timers in TCI. The beach on this part of Grace Bay was amazing - almost secluded! Ariel was a wonderful host and the breakfast croissants were delicious!

Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. The excellent manager Ariel was on hand providing coffee and croissants in the morning but also happily arranging trips, taxis and offering other guidance for the area. The beach is a few minutes leisurely walk and there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket within about ten minutes walk. The island is not at all cheap so we were very happy with the value for money provided by this property.

Our stay at Inn at Grace Bay was just what we needed. It offered a beautiful, quiet home base within a short walk to the beach, shops, and local dining. Ariel, the property manager/concierge/jack of all trades was incredibly helpful, offering ideas, concierge service so we could book an outing in a clear kayak, and helped us arrange taxi service. He even went above and beyond when we learned our flight out had been canceled and helped us with accommodations.

The property is a short walk to the beach and had nice lounge chairs to use. The pool area was also nice. Ariel is there to help you with anything you need and made things easier to navigate. He is probably the biggest plus of the property. We thought the only thing missing in the kitchen were measuring cups and spoons. The furniture could use a little TLC. We had an enjoyable week and would consider staying at the Inn at Grace Bay if we return.

First Time Believers
Never been to Turks & Caicos and did not know what to expect. Exceeded expectations and we will be back. Family of 4 with 2 young adult kids. Great location and super close to the beach! Did not rent car and walked to shopping, restaurants, groceries, Island Fish Fry and Coral Gardens to snorkel. The Farm at Seven Stars and Hemingway's at Sands were our favorite restaurants. Called a taxi for trip to Smith's Reef for a day of excellent snorkeling off the beach. Loved the kitchenette and washer/dryer. Nice pool to hang out. The best croissants daily provided by Ariel every morning! Great start to every day!

Cant say enough about this location!
What a wonderful location! If you do not need a beach front hotel, you cannot beat this place. Our 'room' felt more like an apartment; complete with all of the comforts including a very private bath (we moved locations from our high end boutique hotel for this reason), pull out couch, full kitchen and dining area, balcony, coffee and fresh pastries in the morning, lovely pool area and a super friendly staff. Our balcony overlooked the pool as well as stunning glimpses of the ocean. Within walking distance of all of the amenities, we felt that we were really in the heart of Grace Bay without spending a fortune.

Beautiful hotel ! Ariel is a manager and he is always happy to help you. only 3 min walk from a beach and 5 min walk from a city. Very clean and peaceful. Also hotel gives from 8-9 coffee and pastry by the pool. Which is great option to start a day

Our room was very spacious. Clean and has every kitchen supply you could think of. Ariel is a treasure. He takes care of anything you might need. So helpful. The area is quiet and close to everything. No need for a car for shopping and restaurants. We walked every day. Supermarket is also within walking distance depending on how much you buy but taxis are waiting at the entrance should you have a lot of groceries.

I had such a wonderful stay at Inn at Grace Bay! It is clean, cozy, quiet, and it has everything you need. I also felt very safe. The beach is within 5 min walk. I honestly think that it is the best location on Grace Bay. It exceeded all my expectations. The property manager/host Ariel is extremely helpful and kind, and his wife Jane is very sweet! Also, thank you to their son for recommending tasty chocolate croissant! I can’t wait to go back!

It was perfect spot for our 10 day vacation with two children. The kitchen and washer/dryer were extremely useful. The kids loved the pool, the beach is a 5 minute walk, and you are very close to the shops and restaurants. In terms of location and price this is a 10. It isn’t a luxury hotel with all the amenities and restaurants, but if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay that is clean and comfortable and well located, it has everything you need. We will return!

The Inn at Grace Bay is a gem. Spacious apartment, clean, necessities (and more) provided, manager on site. The property has a pool and is a minute or so away from the beach. The location is more than perfect. It is on the main strip so everything is within (few minutes )walking distance. Ariel is manager on site, kind and very helpful. He is so easy to communicate, full on information, and will help you with locals activities.

We stayed for 6 nights and the hotel was very nice. All you need in one room. kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, wi-fi,tv etc. It is 5min walk to the beach which is very nice, clean and quiet. There are some chairs on the beach but no umbrellas. And walking distance to restaurants. Thanks to Ariel the manager who served delicious croissants and coffee every morning and helped us book some fun tours. We would be definitely coming back soon.

Very cozy hotel, spacious clean rooms, 4 mins from the beach and very close to the area's restaurants and shops. They have chairs at the beach but you have to call ahead for a shade. If you decide to book a boat tour they will pick you up right on the beach. Ariel was very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing location. Walkable to absolutely everything. Beach only 4min walk. The Inn has beach chairs on the beach but with Ariel’s help you can rent umbrella. Breakfast by the pool was perfect. I’m a coffee snob so three great coffee shops are walkable distance. Grocery store is close but since first shopping was big we got a taxi. Later we just walked. Ariel will help with all the excursions. He can make anything happen. He made our stay very easy. Answered all my million questions anytime.

First time at Turks with kids
It was an amazing trip while we were staying at Inn at Grace Bay. Ariel is the management manager who help us everything we need. He gave us recommendations on excursions company that are reliable. Room: very spacious, includes kitchen and laundry, perfect for family with kids and staying more than a week. Only concern is the sofa bed is abit too old. Otherwise everything is clean in the room. Pool: it’s clean and quiet, surrounded by trees and plants, we felt the breeze even though when the weather is super bone hot. Location: it’s located at the heart of Grace Bay, tourist spot. 2 mins walk to plaza with a cafes, brunch, restaurants, ice-cream. Police station just across the street. 5-7mins walk to Grace Bay beach. It’s generally a perfect location and family with small kids resort as a first timer at Turks and Caicos!

Comfortable condo 5 minutes from beach. While a bit dated, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were only two of us but it could easily sleep 4 and there is a full kitchen and large balcony. The nearby beach is beautiful and there was parking if you rented a car. The manager Ariel was great and very responsive.

Our stay at Grace Bay Inn was such a wonderful experience. The managers Ariel and Leslie helped with all of our needs and went above and beyond for us. The property is a very short walk to the beautiful beach, shopping mall, places to eat, and grocery store. The pool on the property is very clean and refreshing and along with the beach we spent alot of time in the water. We used the gas grill on the property many nights, and having a washer and dryer in the room was very convenient. We enjoyed diving and snorkeling and the weather was perfect. Cannot wait to come back again and stay at Grace Bay Inn again.

This is by far the best deal on Grace Bay. The beach IS that close to the property (and truthfully probably the same distance as if you stayed at a private resort). Ariel and his team were wonderful, helpful, my spacious condo was clean and the check-in and out processes were smooth. For solo travelers needing a recovery and decompression vacation this is the perfect: property, location, and proximity to the beach and every restaurant you need. This is the only place at which I would stay when I return to Grace Bay. Thank you Ariel!!!!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary in TCI and loved the Inn at Grace Bay. We didn't rent a car and were able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping we needed. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. Taxis are available for other activities as needed. Manager Ariel is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this property with no hesitation.
