The location was great. The staff on the out door areas was rather lazy and very unhelpful. The food was nothing to write home about either. It's probably time to update that menu. However, the breakfast buffet was great. The pool was great and the beach too! The drinks are all non alcoholic they were poorly poured and the wine tastes like water a very heafty price. Overall it was a very nice relaxing trip

Beach is the star attraction

Posted Apr 20, 2016
Right on the beach. Slow service on the beach, not much hustle. But that is consistent with the island. Seven is a great restaurant on the resort. Deck bar food just ok. Hard to find exceptional food outside the resorts. Great view from the room. Room was excellent.

Paradise Found!

Posted Apr 14, 2016
Pros: Everything!!
Cons: There was a quiet deck, but we could use a quiet pool too.
Location: Located on the best beach in the world with shopping and dining right outside the gate.
Just returned from an 8 day stay at Seven Stars on Grace Bay. My wife and I have been visiting the islands since 1983, visiting such places as Virgin Gorda, St.John, Jumby Bay, Mustique as well as many others. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. I have to say this was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The Seven Stars Resort is absolutely fantastic. The rooms, the grounds, the Spa, the pool and the beach are nothing less than beautiful. The food and the restaurants are as good as any. The free breakfast was superb. The entire staff is over the top and the service levels are unsurpassed. In 35 years of vacationing, no one has ever asked to clean my sunglasses! What hotel offers fresh cucumbers to put on your eyes? I could not find a complaint on my worst day. We will be returning in September for another restful and relaxing week.

5 star all the way

Posted Apr 12, 2016
Pros: Room, location, pool, beaches...
Cons: perhaps update the mattresses, other than that, everything was perfect.
Location: supermarket, restaurants, club, casino all nearby walking distance.
Was completely blown away by our recent stay at Seven Stars Resort: Booked a suite and was pleasantly surprised to learn this is an Expedia VIP hotel, and qualified for a small hotel credit which was great! The staff could not have been more welcoming, you get the sense that everyone here is genuinely nice and looking out for your best interests. Suite was huge!! By far the best hotel room I've ever stayed in, every single amenity was provided, complete with high end kitchen utensils, silverware and glassware, and a huge fridge and freezer. Free wifi, large modern living room, king size bed, large shower, tvs with plenty of US cable channels, extra large patio! Got the garden view on the ground floor which was totally worthwhile, as you could access the pool directly from your patio. Food at Seven restaurant and Deck bar were all excellent, as were the drinks. The pool was fantastic. The beach is to die for, super soft sand with pristine turquoise waters, and ample pool and beach beds, more than enough for everyone. Excursions were easy to arrange with concierge. Took advantage of the free bicycles to cycle around the neighborhood, plenty of stores and entertainment close by the hotel. Perfect location. Special shout out to chef Jose Forbes for going the extra mile in the kitchen, what a pleasant gentleman! Five star service all the way! Extremely pleased, will definitely be back!!

Gorgeous property!

Posted Apr 4, 2016
Cons: Besides replacing the mattresses, it would be nice if the property had an adult-only pool, or perhaps adult-only times of day at the pool.
The colors of Grace Bay: aqua, white, green, navy. The sand on the beach is silky, the water is warm. The staff is extremely hospitable. The food at the two restaurants, Seven and The Deck, is delicious. The hotel is luxurious and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious. The mattress, however, was extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the point that it interrupted our sleep.

Exceptional Hotel

Posted Mar 21, 2016
Pros: Everything...
Cons: More selection for food/dining options...pricing for food/beverages was a bit high...although probably commensurate with quality of the hotel.
The Seven Stars hotel was exceptional. I never write hotel reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience. We always stay at Four Seasons hotels and Seven Stars has the same look/feel/vibe as the Four Seasons - exceptional service, understated elegance, beautiful accommodations...etc. I originally booked an ocean front junior suite and was disappointed in the room to the extent that it was a partial view overlooking the pool. I expressed my reservations and the staff went out of their way to address our concerns. Thanks to Alonso and staff for moving us to a beautiful room on a high floor with exceptional views. The spa is lovely, the tennis courts were great, the free bike usage was a great feature, and the service and attention that the staff provided around the pool and beach areas was unsurpassed. I would highly recommend this hotel...
