Posted Dec 31, 2015
Pros: 스튜디오에 묵었는데, 중간 현관이 있어서 바깥의 소음이 들리지 않았다.
Cons: snorkeling gears, life jackets are too old and somewhat broken. Need to be changed soon. Takes time to makeup the room comparing other hotels/resort
Location: location okay, far from the main shopping/dining street though.

Fantastic Hotel and ExperiencePosted Dec 21, 2015
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. The beach is breathtaking, with a protected reef in the hotel's backyard. Point being I achieved my lifelong dream of swimming with sea turtles! The hotel is very clean and the hospitality of the staff is unmatched. I have traveled all over the world, and this place by far was the most beautiful place I have ever been to with the friendliest staff I have ever come across. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful and allergy friendlyPosted Dec 16, 2015
Family and I had an amazing time. Stayed in a 2bdrm ocean front, on 1st floor, could simply walkout the balcony to pool and beach that are just steps away. The unit was very clean, fully equipped, and larger than it appears in the pics. The resort is not too big, so there is no overcrowding anywhere, there was always chairs available at the pool and beach. We spent a lot of time at the beach, water is turquoise and calm. The staff are just wonderful, they will do anything to make you feel comfortable, especially Alissia at JoJo's restaurant. At JoJo's and Dunes most of the staff are knowledgeable about food allergies, and the chef was accommodating at making custom dishes. They have gluten free pasta, gluten free pancakes, made us custom salad that was made away from wheat and nuts. During this trip we ate out the most because of how accommodating and careful the chefs were. The food at the resort was good but not amazing, but coming from Toronto, we are a bit spoiled and no way these islands can measure up. One restaurant outside the resort that was decent enough in food quality and service was Bella Luna. We have tried couple other places and were very disappointed. Overall it was a wonderful trip and hope to go back someday.

Nice hotel but the food is a problem.Posted Dec 14, 2015
The hotel is wonderful and the staff amazing and friendly but despite the beauty of the place we missed having a good breakfast and in general gaving good food. The food options on the island are sub par and super expensive. Expect to spend on a dinner for 2 an average of 100 usd. if every meal is so expensive...you get to enjoy less your vacation. Everything is 3 or 2 times more expensive than in the US. a bottle of organic milk here is 4 usd. In turks and Caicos 8 USD. A taxi ride...expect to spend 40-50 usd to get from and back to the hotel. Nevertheless this particular hotel is wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer and friendlier and always there for us to make us feel good.

Great StayPosted Dec 10, 2015
We stayed in an oceanfront suite with our 2 and 4 year old boys. We preferred staying ont eh first floor sot that we could be closer to the pool. The beach very close. We enjoyed the kataks, zayaks and other water toys. Overall, a great stay.

This was awesome hotel, Facility, hotel staffPosted Dec 5, 2015
Pros: Ocean view from the balcony full kitchen, large rooms, quiet beach....
Cons: Every thing was so good that I can't think of anything else for now.
Location: We enjoyed the stay so much that didn't get the chance to explore the nearby markets or facilities, but we would like to go back in the near future.
This hotel was beyond what we expected. The room rate, hotel staff, cleanliness....etc. We would love to go back again. This trip to Turks and Caicos, Provindenciales was a family trip. We had booked other hotels as well but Windsong on the Reef was so much better hotel than any other hotels, we decided to book another room so we can enjoy the ocean and nice beach for the rest of our stay in Turks and Caicos. We had a dream vacation.

Location, location, location...Posted Dec 1, 2015
Pros: The Windsong Hotel is right on the beach and we took advantage of the free continental breakfast and happy hour, 2 for 1 drinks daily. Great view!
Cons: We rented a 1 -bedroom suite. The queen fold out bed was uncomfortable and awful for the kids. No adult could/would sleep on it.
Location: Mentioned above--- Enjoy the water! Get near it, get in it, go below, go above and repeat.
Really nice hotel, right on the gorgeous Grace Bay beach with good snorkeling. Water temperature, clarity, is awesome. Hotel was nice, staff very nice and helpful to help find good activities. The restaurant at the hotel is just Ok, we usually went out for dinner, which means getting a rental car is key. With the rental car, we (family of 4, w/2 boys: 14 &12) loved exploring and checking out other beaches and snorkel spots. The island is small, traffic light so the left-side driving is pretty easy (Beaches resort, which is right next store has it all- so you probably don't need a rental car). In addition to hanging out on our beach, with snorkel gear, we went parasailing, did a 1/2 day boat cruise w/snorkeling, rented wave runners another day and did a lot of swimming in amazing water.

Met our expectations and exceeded them.Posted Nov 28, 2015
Room 132 was huge and very comfortable. Food was above average, and beach has plenty of free toys for use. Taxis are expensive but that's no fault of the hotel
