Staff are great. But they have a major issue with housekeeping. I mean big issues. They dont clean the room they just flatten your bedsheets! Towels stay unchanged. No vacuum. Laundry you have to take it down to reception! And you have to ask for it the next day. If i visit next time i will definitely not go to this hotel. Sorry.

Our housekeeping changes linen every three days and towels are only changed when placed on floor. I apologize that you were not informed that they would of course also pick-up the laundry from your room if noticed. I wish you have let us know the lack of cleaning during your visit so we would have been able to guarantee a more pleasant and comfortable stay for you. €25 for parking per night? :D Is this Manhattan? €2 for a drip coffee at the lobby? Why do you call it 24/7 coffee bar if I have to pay €2 for the coffee and €3 for the muffin? The beds were good. The view was ok (not hotel's fault). The facilities were kind of rundown, due for a renovation. Honestly for the price I expected a bit more. I got a better deal for a similar price in Helsinki!

I had experience with Radisson blu Helsinki so I choose Radisson blu in Turku based on that but I must say the room was a little old and cheap looking for 130€/night specially the shower area needs some upgrades. And buffet had limited choice for vegetarian, it was mostly meat so I just ate pastries. The room was clean but old and outdated furniture made it look not so spotless specially shower area. Thanks for friendly service :)

A Standard. With a Little Extra.
This is the Turku Standard. I've been visiting since the 90's and it never fails. This time that little extra was the Maitre D at the restaurant. It's not often you get excellent service at a hotel restaurant, especially in Finland. But she was absolutely fabulous.

Great location by the river
Great location for a stay in Turku. Delicious breakfast buffet. Welcoming staff. The hotel is renovated with care and preserves some of the laid-back coolness of its original 70s style. We might stay there again.
