We were there to attend the A-Day game stay overnight and the entire experience was awful! Was told we could check in early but would have to pay an additional fee... which was fine since the game started at 3:00. Tried checking in around 12:00 but was told our room had not been cleaned and to call back at 2:00... which I did and was told the room was ready. Great... could still make the game!!! Got there to check in at 2:30 and signed everything but was then told the room was still not ready and would be another 20-30 minutes... game was starting in 30 minutes!!! So... didn't make it to the game and made a trip for nothing because I ended up watching the game on my phone!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WIIL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... and in addition to all that, got attitude from the clerk!!!

We had to wait until three hours after proper check in time to be able to get into our room due to. They were still continuing to clean. They did not properly clean the room. The refrigerator was dirty. It had food left in it.I will not be staying in this location again.

I found a camera in my room and haven't heard anything back from them. They refused to issue a receipt for my stay and wont show me the document i need to sign in regards to the camera. I dont know if staff or a previous guest left it but it was there. They even accused me of putting it there. I had to get the police involved.

This was the last hotel with rooms. Of course they jacked up the price to $436. But this is clearly a $75 a night place. But glad to get it after the game. But normally, I would not have stayed here. Had to get a smoking room because that is all that was left. We do not smoke. I didn’t know people still allowed smoking in rooms. All in all it was ok.

The staff was very good. The property has a policy of adding a $50 charge to your bill which is refunded if you don’t smoke in the room. In order to get the refund, the guest must check out at the office. Ironically, no one checks the room for smoke smells before the refund. This policy borders on not being ethical.

I've been waiting outside since 6:45 am for maintenance to get my room door open so I can check out and leave. The desk clerk barely speaks English and gives vague reassurance that the maintenance people are on their way. The WiFi is weak. America's WORST VALUE INN. RICK MURPHY. It's now after 7:30am, no maintenance yet

Clean and best price
We enjoyed our stay at Americas Best Value. Our room was comfortable and clean. When we travel for football games this is our favorite place to stay.

Awesome staff
By far, the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Tiffany mailed letters for us and called us with the name of a restaurant that the manager looked up for us. Clearly, the place is older, but it was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I would not recommend this place. The room smelled like urine and a musty odor coming from the AC. A dead cockroach in the room. Felt unsafe at night with people lurking around and stairs broken to the front rooms. Noisy at night from the main highway.

SO disappointed
I have never said this ab)out any place I have stayed, but I would not go back if you paid me! Way overpriced, and about as bad a room as I have been in. If I had not already paid so much(so much more than it was worth) I would have driven home in the middle of the night even though I am not allowed to drive at night by my doctor!

The towels were filthy. I mean not white or beige but stained black and cheap from the the tub mat, face towels, hand towels and bath sheets., The walls in the bathroom are filthy, the microwave is nasty and has rust on it, the refrigerator doesn't get cold and the air conditioner shuts off and on on its own no matter the setting you put it on. The sheets are stained and need to be replaced, the pillows are dirty and pillowcases stained beyond repair. There are also people hanging around outside with suspicious behavior. I was charged damn too much money for a stay here when it should be free. This is a disgrace!! I honestly would like a refund or partial refund for this!! Do the people from Expedia come to places that you have specials/deals on? Do you not see that the prices you set are not worth the property! Im calling the Better Business Bureau as well as the health department if I don't get at least half if not all of my money back!!!!! There is rust on the air conditioner as well as the microwave and rust on the refrigerators as well!!! This sucks for someone who has worked all day and is tired and jus want to shower and sleep. The tub is filthy with built up grime, mold around the spouts and drains, badly stained toilet and a hole in the shower curtain as well!!!! I took video of what I was saying as well
