Room was so clean and smelled great!

Location was not optimum as it's on a busy road and there are some U-turns required but otherwise very good.

Hotel is in good location

Our stay over all was good. The only thing I could see improvement is when checking out to either make sure someone is always at the desk or to make sure the envelopes to put room keys in are stoked on the wall next to drop box. The lady looked like I just woke her up and was not very friendly, she didn't even ask about our stay or if we wanted a receipt.

A very average hotel with no pool, and no breakfast and kind of old rooms. The staff was very friendly though.

Convenient to everything

Overall, i would stay here again! The price was right- could use an update to the lobby, but room was spacious and most importantly to me- it was so clean! The front staff was so nice! Very convenient with just a few minutes to restaurants and the Bama campus! My only complaint was the outdoor grilling area was horrible on saturday morning- alot of drinking and other things going on the night before and they left 6 empty cases of beer bottles/trash/cigarette butts everywhere! They might want to monitor that area at night/and or have someone cleaning up behind them! Would stay again though!

Don't Reserve Online!

We reserved a suite with a pull out sofa bed and we arrived somewhere around 10pm (exhausted after driving 14 hours from TX) we were put in the wrong room .The gentleman who checked us in was great, but when we got to our room we realized it was nothing but a queen bed. We had to go back downstairs and wait to get placed in the correct room. It was close to 11pm when we finally got it sorted out.

Sensitive nose

Upon entrance, a funny odor tickled my nose. The personnel were friendly; but a strange odor hit me again as I entered the elevator. At my room, I was presented again with a smell of stale coffee and muffled smoke as if someone had been smoking in the next room. All rooms in my area were supposed to be non smoking so I couldn't understand. The heater/AC may have been blowing out the smell. After passing through the elevator and lobby several times I realized it was a mop water smell. I suggest using a more pleasant smelling cleaner. The room was ok and staff nice, but I would not go back because I can't stomach strong scents.

We were in town to visit with our kids and had a great stay. Very clean, convenient, and quiet. Will stay here again.

Fine for one night; great service

Very thin walls and ceilings. Virtually no noise protection from neighbors. The early morning desk attendant...perhaps the night auditor, Keisha, went above and beyond to help me. A shopping g bag I was carting split open. I went to my car to put my other things away and before I turned around she had gotten a plastic bag and was picking up my items. She also provided me with ice since I had not turned on the ice maker in my room!
