When I checked in the lady was polite. The other lady literally glared at me. It was odd but I was tired so.... When my mother arrived an hour later and we walked by the desk the same thing happened but the lady followed us with her glare. It was so obvious that my mom asked what happened and I let her know that I've never spoken to the woman except to say good evening. When we crashed and left the next morning (5 hours later), we got a strange stare when I said," have a good day". I suppose it was a bad day for her! The hotel was nice new and clean.

Nice hotel near University of Alabama campus. Very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Difficult to drive to off Interstate 20Posted May 3, 2016
Pros: Staff was pleasant and accommodating but sometimes did not follow through.
Cons: Staff needs more training on procedures - posting to accts, etc.
Location: We had business and meetings at U of Ala so was difficult logistically from hotel.
GPS even has a problem with directions to/from hotel. Either Expedia or Hilton erred with our reservations for 2 rooms for nights of April 29 & 30. Printout of reservation from Expedia shows 2 nights but was only charged for April 29; hotel only had 29th. Had to negotiate for night of April 30. Very stressful. This is second trip in last 7 months Expedia has steered us badly, so doubt we will use them again.
