Sad little LaQuinta

Too close to the interstate, heard traffic rushing by all night, bathroom not so clean, hotel on a whole in desperate need for an update.

Hard to get into and out of

No fridge, no microwave, dirty, dirty rag left in the room, cockroaches!

only room we could find when booking

this was the only room in town we could find when booking our trip. the pictures online looked just fine. we stayed one night and were not looking forward to spending a second night. we fortunately had to cancel our second night due to a family emergency and got to leave. will not be staying at a LaQuinta again.

Location: Great location for Alabama game!
Nice comfortable hotel, but might be starting to show it's age. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

nice hotel for the money

Pros: The comfortable bed.
Cons: Biscuits and gravy for breakfast would be nice. Not much they can do about the surrounding area.
Location: I only stayed one night on my way to somewhere else. There were several; restaurants close by.
the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It did have a cleaning solution smell when you first walked in, but seemed fine after being there for a while. The only thing that made this hotel seem not so good was it had a couple of businesses next to it that had gone out of business and looked run down. It made it look like a bad area. We had no issues. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, considering the price. I would stay here again. The location was very close to the interstate. And I think it is worth saying again, the beds were comfortable.;more so than in more expensive hotels that I have stayed at.

1st room full of flies. 2nd room plumbing didn't work. 3rd room had not been cleaned from the last guest. We had to move to a different hotel.

Staff was very nice. Driveways around the hotel are full of potholes, carpet dirty, could be updated.
