Pros: Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Quiet even though it is near the expressway.
Location: Good location with lots of good eating places.
Room is comfortable and nice size. Desk staff very friendly. We extended our stay one day due to weather.

The hotel is in shabby condition. The location is convenient. The neighborhood is shifty. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Price

Pros: The price.
Cons: New carpet.
Location: It's not exactly a motel with a view.
You can't beat the price of staying here. It's an older building but the mattresses were new. The carpet needs updating and my room didn't have a fridge or microwave.

A lot of things around the hotel are broken

The staff was really great, and over worked. Many things around the hotel and in the room were broken down --the ice maker not working. The juice machine at breakfast not working. The door to our room jammed so we couldn't get back in. The room stank. The carpet was sticky. And on and on ...

Deception and Roaches

When I arrived I was given the key card ro my room..didn't work..got another room..the linen was dirty the room smelled and the bed had hair in it. The 3rd room had roaches that my son found crawling on the nightstand..the night auditor offered a 4th room..which was already occupied. My sister in law had bugs in her room..in her bed. The hotel..Motel..was nasty. The front desk charged my sister in law for my room as well as charging me. We left and went to the Courtyard. The LaQuinta in Tuscaloosa is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there!! Not even as a last resort.

What can i say ........comftable hotel ...not best hotel or advertising is not the best online ....online presence sucks

Horrible

Wouldn’t let my dog sleep there. The staff was sketchy and rude. The facility dark dirty and not a facility that should be on Expedia.

Wosrt Hotel Ever

Pros: nothing
They cancelled my check in. Hairs in bed. Did not have our room and had overbooked by 6 rooms. Room smelled of smoke, mold and mildew. My daughter started coughing right away and they cancelled the room. I expect my refund.

Not what I expected! Dilapidated.

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Building and areas surrounding the hotel are in horrible shape. Building looks run down.
Location: There is a good deal of shopping nearby as well as a good number of restaurants.
The hotel restaurant and the hotel itself are extremely run down and dirty. Sheets and pillows appeared dirty as well. Entrance to hotel (via car) was extremely tight. If you met a car going in or coming out you wouldn't both be able to pass each other.
