definitely not worth a 5 star review

We stayed here for three nights in mid March, so low season and the hotel was quiet. Reception was mostly not staffed and we had to go looking for a staff member for assistance. Calls to reception went unanswered too. The room was nice but the bed was hard as a rock and we both woke up stiff and sore each morning. Dinner at the academy was delicious and fantastic value as well. Could not say the same for breakfast. Very basic fare of croissants and tarts and ham and bread plus cereals and yogurt. No cheese or tomato which seemed strange.
