Short Stay

Comfort, ease, cleanliness and a great place.
The location was central. Easy to walk everywhere. The front desk people were very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention super helpful. The room was clean and well lit. The water pressure in the shower was okay. The hotel was kind enough to secure our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

I was traveling with 4 other family members plus an infant. When I reserved the room, I chose it on their advertised features of free parking, free shuttle, and that it was 15 minutes away from the airport. All that was a lie. They have no parking. We had to pay at a public parking area close by. They have no shuttle service. We complained about this to the desk clerk and he flat out said "it's a lie". He offered to help find a cab but used his cell phone and was being very suspicious. We declined and searched ourselves. And the airport is 45 minutes away. The hotel is not ideally located. It's out of the way if you're traveling to/from the airport. If you're traveling to the northern or eastern cities, this hotel is in the opposite direction. On the bright side, the desk clerk was nice and even took our luggage up to our room (no elevator). The room was clean and had three beds that were comfortable. The cable TV was good and the WIFI connection was great. The air conditioner worked awesome too.

El hotel está en el centro, parece que fue remodelado pero está bien los cuartos , muy cómodos. La numeración de los cuartos algo complicada. El restaurante en general bien y limpio. El único detalle es el estacionamiento; pese a que mencionan que cuentan con el, a donde nos enviaron fue a un terreno que tiene material y cosas ya sin uso, en general una covacha. Y eso no da confianza. Pero si no llevas coche, el hotel es una excelente opción.

From a 1 to 10 i would say a 7 the breakfast is not good at all i purchased my breakfast with my hotel packet and ended eating somewhere else u pay for ure breakfast but u only get one drink refills are 2 dollars after ure first drink its cheaper to eat breakfast somewhere else

Very good option for Tuxtla
Great place to spend a couple of days, explore Tuxtla and visit the main sites. Very comfortable bed, working facilities and good breakfast.

The hotel is modest and sensible. The is no elevator for the 3 flights of stairs, but the staff will graciously assist you if needed. The meals included package was heavenly the all was cooked from a menu with fresh ingredients. Tours can be booked from the front desk. Walmart is a short taxi ride away and the location is near restaurants, local attractions and items of interest.

Convenient nice hotel
It is a centrally located, convenient hotel. Very clean, seems to be recently renewed. The hotel does not have a restaurant for breakfast, you need to walk a couple blocks to go to another hotel of the same chain.

I stayed in this hostal with two friends for one night. Room was very clean and tidy. Personnel were really nice to us and gave us advice about what to visit, booked taxis for us and also kept our luggage safe the next day after check-out so we could visit nearby towns. I would highly recommend it, it's very good value for its price.

Location is a war scene!
All the streets around the hotel are being rebuilt so arriving there was a challenge. It's hard by taxi and even on foot. There are so many people walking over the obstacles that my backpack was opened and my wallet stolen unnoticed. The hotel itself is clean. And that's all. The atmosphere is awful. My wife and I experienced many guests changing their clothes with the doors opened. Also, many people talking loudly even after 2 AM and the hotel didn't care. Really scary.

Recomiendo mucho hospedarse en el hotel, el personal que nos atendió en todo momento fueron muy amables, menos una chica que estuvo el primer día que llegué (no me refiero a la chica de recepción y la chica de lentes) sino una que estaba sentada jugando su celular, debido a que mi tío le preguntó algo y fue muy grosera al responder. Pero del resto todo bien en general.
