The hotel location is very good, you have metro near by and a lot of stores and restaurant. the view from the window a little bit disappoint, because the hotel located on the main road and if you stay on the first 2 floors you can't open the window because every one on the street will see you throw the window. I would give this hotel 4/5 starts.

Great location

Excellent facility close to everything. Totally up to date despite being 2 decades old. Staff is very professional. One downside may be noise from the adjacent rooms.

Great staff

Lovely staff, especially the doormen and bar men. Clean, comfortable rooms with nice amenities. I love the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna in the health club, open 24 hours.

Marriott Moscow Grand

Pros: Staff services, amenities.
Cons: Customer service training for one business center employee
Exceptional hotel, exceptional service. Helena in guest services is superb and delivers above and beyond. I would have rated 5 instead of 4 except an employee in the business section (downstairs) was unfriendly and rude.

The hotel was close to tourist attractions.

The staff and hotel was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to the red square and other tourist attractions, which was convenient. I would stay there again!!

i have stayed here several times. The hotel is very nice and clean. it is a about a 2 kilometer walk from the Kremilin and there are many restaurants and stores for whatever you need in the area. The only complaint i have with the hotel is that I have stayed there several times in the winter time. The rooms have been cold. I told the staff the rooms were cold and they attempted to turn up the heat in the rooms but the controls were as high as you can go. The rooms were actually uncomfortably cold. The lobby and hallways were warm so I could not figure out why they could not correct the problem with the rooms that i stayed. Because of the cold at my most recent stay at this hotel I actually had to leave the hotel this time and go to another hotel. I actually like a little coldness to my room but this was just very cold. Too cold to sleep. The other hotels room were much more warm. So it is a problem with the heating system of this hotel.
