Nice motel

Pros: Outstanding breakfast
Cons: Nothing
Location: Not many restaurants other than fast food close by
Very clean and roomy with all the amenities and quiet. Nice clean spa area. So many pillows to choose from

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the lobby and room was inviting. The breakfast options are incredible! So many choices and everything was delicious. I would drive all the way to Jerome just to stay there again. Very impressed with this Best Western.

They except pets and the smell on entering the hall was very prevelant. The forth night As I walked in the first room door was cracked and the smells coming out almost made me throw up. The same night a dog yapping across the hall for over an hour before they got it to stop. Small amount of pet excrement in hall which someone picked up.

Amazing staff!

The staff was amazing and I mean everyone from the cooks, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Please check our dates for names as there were several staff we interacted with and each and every one of them had friendly warm attitudes. This staff is certainly focused on the customer experience and thanks to all of them, the stay couldn't have been any better.
