We got a room at the road side and the traffic noise, whole night long, was deafening. No sleeping here!

It’s a good clean hotel . Breakfast was average but it was fine . Beds are a bit hard for my taste . And there is road noise from the trucks since it’s right by the highway. Overall it was decent for the price

The room was clean but bed was hard as a rock. The AC was not working. When I called the front desk to let them know, the guy said I don't know what to tell you. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The last night of our stay they finally had the AC working. Will never stay here again!

Rough night. Bad neighbors
Room had strong smell of smoke and perfume when we first arrived .No blankets for sofa bed.
Got no sleep . Neighbors were smoking and talking very loudly in the hallway from midnight to 3 am. Room phone doesn’t work.

Called three weeks ahead to explain disabilities and secure a bottom floor room. I was assured they understood and all will be taken care of to make it happen. At check in the clerk made it clear he couldn’t care less — take or leave it. We stayed that night because we were tired the climb was painful. Did not stay for our second night. Never there again

Great price and convenient location. I stayed 2 says and housekeeping never came in my room the 2nd day. So i didnt have any towels. It was noisy because its right by the main road highway. I heard cars driving all night.

While it was an OK hotel it was close th Hwy 20 and could be noisy with traffic going by. I would stay there next time.

Book a reservation and paid and confirm only to get there and get a unhelpful, rude cleck at 1Am after driving 15 hours to tell me she didn't know how I book a king bed room when they were over book and that I needed to call and cancel the reservation and get a room she had available at a higher rate because it had a jacuzzi. Not my problem if they over book and all i wanted was a bed to sleep a few hours on our road trip to Florida . I can only assume she was upset I probably woke her up . I ended up driving 10 more min and stayed at another hotel . I work for a car rental company and if a customer comes in and I dont have their car I give them a higher class car at same rate , is call customer service witch obviously she know nothing about .

It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and breakfast included was biscuits and gravy, fried egg, cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, toast. I would stay here again.
