Nice beds, good breakfast and COFFEE, and friendly staff so all in all, this place served it's purpose.

Best Bang for Your Buck

This hotel seems very new and is very clean with extremely nice staff. It is located in a very nice part of Tyler as well. It was very quiet at nighttime, the bed was very comfortable, and everything about this place seems well maintained. I will use this hotel everytime I go to Tyler.

Great for a family stay!

Great overall experience! Check in took a while but other than that we can't complain! We had a kingsize room with a couch/pull out bed. Our 16 mo. old daughter's pack n play fit perfectly in the area between the 1/2 wall and couch making it easy for her to fall asleep in the same room as us without being able to actually see us. Breakfast was delicious but I wish they'd have had flavored creamer in the rooms -- they have it in the dining hall though. Baggage carts are available at request which is great when traveling with a family!

Newer hotel and clean. AC's were quiet and they even made sure to have a crib ready for us.

KC and Dee made sure my guest and I had a great experience. I booked a total of 6 suites for family in for my son's wedding. And we all had a great experience, and very comfortable.

Manage your expectations

Difficulty at check-in. Showed her my prepaid Expedia reservation on my app. She asked for my credit card and charged me again. Got to the room and trash was on the bed and the floor. Plumbing at the sink was leaking and spraying when turned on
