Excellent Establishment

The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfy and clean. I accidentally left an expensive electronic and the staff found it before I even realized I had left it. The staff mailed it to and even called to verify delivery. Outstanding place highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Spacious,clean room, very comfortable to spread out. Staff was very nice. Convenient location for travel and major route access. Hot breakfast was good. I'd stay there again.

Enjoyed all 3 nights. Overall impressions of the hotel from entry to bedtime were exemplary. The staff responsive and approachable; extremely conscientious. Facilities were clean and well maintained (with the exception of a cosmetic flaw; toilet paper roll holder in our room missing screws, unattached). I would like to see the hotel enforce a policy for using the luggage carts and/or remind guests to be courteous and don’t grab a luggage cart until one is completely packed and ready to transport their belongings to the car. We experienced some inconsiderate guests who parked a luggage cart in their room for at approximately 45 minutes, allowed their children to use it as a playscape/babysitter while they were not efficient to use the cart for its actual purpose. We barely made it by check-out looking for a cart. More carts or better policies.

We had no complaints with anything. The hotel was in a new area with a lot of construction going on around which wasn't a problem. Hotel was new, room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice.
