Room was great, and staff was awesome for checking in and out. No complaints at all. Great location where all the restaurants are at in Tyler.

Stayed 2 nights for business. I had to call their IT department both nights to get on their server. Remote controle didnt work on the TV and the guide was incorect.

The entrance is immaculate the rooms were ok, but obvious signs of rushed renovation. Staff was nice. Drinks were delicious.
