Good location

It smells kind of moldy or needs to replace all carpet with new fresh carpet. Needs a complete facelift.it has strong structure.Just needs update

This is not a 3 star hotel but less than a 1!!!!!

Staff was nice but when we got to our room I had to clean the bathroom again and my husband reported carpet wasn't vacuum he was told they will get to it. Some one did my HUSBAND he got the vacuum and did it!!! We have the video to prove it. Hotel was unkept all weekend there was chips on the floor that was never picked up. Never stay again!!!!

The room was clean but had an unidentifiable odor. We noticed on our way to breakfast that there was not a smoke detector in the room. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were spray painting the outside of the building at the main entrance and had to front row of parking blocked off. Something they could have done during the week and not on the weekend.

Needed attention

Pros: Not many patrons .
Cons: See experience, several things.
Location: The location had several people walking to the bus stop, carrying laundry and food sacks. Not much to do in the area.
The grounds were not maintained, the elevators were in bad shape one was painted the other was scraped and one door would open only half way. The carpet in the room was old and showing it age, the smell of carpet fresh was loud. The outside parking lot needed paint and grooming, the entryway needed cleaning and weeding. Our group rented two rooms for two nights. The hallways were about 80 degrees except the lobby. No ice machines except on bottom floor and the drain was stopped up with crud.

We typically stay places which include breakfast so we can get back on the road after leaving the hotel in the morning. This hotel advertises a full breakfast so we booked a room. We arrived to be informed that breakfast had been canceled the next morning but the manager was going to be giving out "goodie bags" for everyone. In the morning, the manager was nowhere to be found, the goodie bags included a bottled water, an apple and a small package of gas station donuts. Other customers were irate at the replacement breakfast and in addition found it cowardly that the manager was MIA. Additionally, garbage from the night before was piled up in the garbage can and overflowing onto the floor on every level of this hotel. A dirty diaper was at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and was still there when we left the next morning. If you plan to stay here, please call ahead to make sure you are getting what you paid for. We stayed 10 nights on the road and this hotel was by far the most disappointing.

Get another hotel

This hotel is undergoing some renovations which is not a problem, The problem is dirty, cigaret buds all over the entrance , smelly stuffy room our bed sheet had lots of yellow stains and hair. The night lamps and tables were filled with dust ,the lady in charged of breakfast was the only friendly attentive person.The breakfast are rugs and chairs had many old stains and extremely stuffy.The hotel over advertise their breakfast it's not a great deal!

Modems hanging down

Modems hanging down in your face all down the hallways, rooms were very dirty, staff was unprofessional, restaurant connected to hotel was shut down and under construction and the free breakfast was very bad compared to other similar hotels. should be closed for renovation not suitable for staying .

RUN AWAY!!!

Pros: The location was convenient, but there were other hotels across the street.
Cons: Everything
Location: It was conveniently located, by the bypass.
We came in late and saw it was undergoing some renovations. The lobby was unkempt and we were told that the room with 2 queen beds we had booked was not available, then he found another one we were given the keys for a room on the 3rd floor. When we got to the third floor there was no carpeting and rooms with signs that said if you want carpeting see the front desk, plus many rooms with doors ajar like construction people were staying in them? When we got to our room we could hear people and babies inside. We went back to the desk and were given another set of keys for a first floor room. It seemed clean, but we found a microwave full of food! The lobby bathrooms were disgusting and all the toilets were full as if the plumbing was not working, but it was, apparently the staff don't know how to operate flush toilets? If it had not been so late we would have found different accomodations!

Disappointed

Great staff very friendly and helpful but really couldn't change my concerns. We had to deal with roaches and mosquitoes, the same breakfast menu every morning. Just afraid to rest because of room conditions. Housekeeper didn't vacuum or clean room and bathroom thoroughly. The commode was not cleaned at all. I did report my concerns. But it was nothing done to my satisfaction. It should be closed down til remolding is done.
