Fantastic

Location: Just around the corner from UT Tyler which is what we were looking for.
Far exceeded my expectations. I thought this would be just your average hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was amazing, just an all around great experience.

highly recommend this hotel

the hotel is very close by to UT Tyler. It's newer so the rooms are modern and full of amenities. This is not your typical room . the suite is designed for long term stays so they come equipped with a kitchen. We took advantage of the free popcorn and sat and watched a movie after popping it in the microwave. We were able to use the full sized refrigerator to keep everything cold. the closet is huge and even comes with a laundry basket. the shower head provides an ample stream. lots of plugs near the bed but maybe could use a usb plug for electronics. for under $100 This would be a no brainer to stay. the staff was extremely friendly. they even accommodated moving us when they put us near the elevator.

Great stay, great location, excellent breakfast options. Just as good as tge Residence Inn around the corner. Would stay in either location again.

One of the Best

Pros: Very modern, very clean
Cons: Put more tables in the breakfast area
Everything was great! One of the best hotels I have stayed at. They were able to get us in the room an hour early so that was great. The room was very clean, very modern, nice kitchenette, rotating TV, nice couch, The buffet breakfast was great! They had a lot of variety. The outside lounge area was very nice, it was nice to go out there and relax. There were a few negative things. Our bathroom sink would take time to drain and the breakfast sitting area is also the lobby so tables were very limited during breakfast. We were having to stand around until an open table was available, There was seating outside but since it has just stormed the day before everything was wet and it was very humid. Had it not been for those negative things, the stay would have been perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. And maybe there will be more tables by then.

Most awful hotel stay

Awful stay! Front desk Kendra cancelled my reservation and lied that Expedia did it. I had no room anywhere upon getting in at 10:30 pm after driving for 9 hours! She finally said there's a room vacant for many weeks because of broken appliances that was dirty. The only reason I agreed to go there was because I was exhausted and the whole area had fully booked hotels. Worst hotel stay of my life!! They should have given me the room for free for making me wait on the lobby for 80 minutes!
