My room location was not far from a common area. In Saturday night quiet a crowd assembled and when we asked staff to close the doors between our hall and the area only one was closed so we heard the gathering until about 11:00 pm

I had a problem at checkin; I was charged for the room that I had already paid for with this app because the employee did not verify my identity, only asked for my last name. After he verified who I was he said that my money would be returned. I’m waiting.

i left a personal belonging in the room and the staff told me it was not found!!!! had two bags with me and the item was def not in my bag when i left. someone at the hotel got a nice new device!

The hotel and room were very nice. Charging $10 for parking was ridiculous. What's REALLY ridiculous, though, was charging $20 per person to eat a nothing breakfast. There was very little to choose from and the pancake rolls were stone cold. Do NOT pay for the breakfast!

Very walkable to my office, the Double Tree offers quiet, comfortable rooms at a good value. The staff is great and the bar/restaurant has good offerings and convenient hours.

This property was clean and staff was friendly. We were very comfortable here. Pool hours are weird and not very user friendly which was disappointing. We liked using the Hilton app for digital room key, super convenient. Good location close to everything. We also asked not to have housekeeping come in our room and this request was not honored and several of our items were moved around.
