Great location close to Metro, shopping, good park

Staff was very accommodating ( even lent me a wrench). Everybody was polite . Very comfortable and clean.

Was very happy with the check in- we arrived early and immediately received a room. Chantal was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cookies were delicious ! I would definitely recommend t again.

Convient

Pros: Staff were friendly, it was very clean and VERY comfortable.
Cons: Coffee. And modernize: espresso!
Location: Very conveniently located in relation to Tyson's corner mall and the metro station--with very convenient transportation options to both locations.
I liked the hotel overall but was disappointed with the food options, especially coffee. We were there for the Xmas holiday but was very hard to just get coffee and had to go twice to the hotel next door for it. And they did not have espresso coffee.

Inconsistent performance for a Hilton Doubletree

Pros: the location

Location: The metro is half a mile away as is all the shopping you will ever need to do. Even vegan options nearby: chipotle, pf chang, mixing bowl
Our stay began with a one hour delay - to 11pm - for a serviceable room (the first room assigned had no hot water and the engineer sent to fix it was not successful). The second day (Thanksgiving) the room (with a great pool, btw) was cold because the outside door was left open for an indeterminate amount of time (Lifeguard's English not so good). The third day, the room cleaners did not replace/replenish toilet tissue, bath mat, drinking glasses, water bottles, etc. (had to acquire most urgent items from the front desk). The fourth day the shuttle did not pick us up from Tyson's as promised (call to front desk mislead us about pick up location). While the hotel reimbursed us for the uber and comped us for a breakfast, there are some serious issues. If you don't mind dealing with the issues (and the cold elevator - construction issue?), the hotel is more than adequate. Make sure you understand the breakfast and parking policies, if they are factors for you.

Too much annoying and they did not tell me that the have instructions

Nice but Loud

During our stay they were under construction from 6am-6pm or so. It happened to be right above our room. It was bothersome to be woken up at that time the days we stayed. I would recommend if you’re going to be under construction - have them start around 10am or so just for the sake of your customers being able to sleep.
