Don't bother.

Our first non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke and the bath tub had hair in it. We were moved to a second room that smelled just as bad and there was a silver fish in the second tub. The "kitchenette" had no cooking utensils so you would need to travel with your own if you expect to do any in room food preparations. The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars and packets of oatmeal. The overall condition of the hotel was just really dirty from elevators to the room and stairwell. The second day the elevator was broken so we had to use the nasty stairwell. If we had to take bags up three flights that would have been bad. Sorry Stay America we will not be returning.

Decent hotel with no running water

Tysons Extended Stay Don't Bother

Worst Customer Service ever !! Completely uncompetitive against local hotels , if you don't mind not getting clean towels, Breakfast, roll away took 2 nights to get hey and no bed sheets then this is the place for you !! Hey and if you like the smell of garbage than this is definitely the hotel for you !! Ridiculously overpriced people!! 117.00 Never again

Hotel was being renovated and had awful industrial smell throughout the building. Room smelled of smoke from previous occupants.

A solid economy hotel for the area

Extended Stay America doesn't pretend to be a luxury hotel. It's a place to sleep when work brings you to the area. And this hotel fulfills that bill perfectly. Not fancy, but gets the job done.

Stay away from this hotel

Pros: NOT ONE THING.
air conditioning was not working in the lobby and while waiting in line to check in at least 3 people who just checked in came down to say their A/C was not working. The hotel smells. it's 'stuffy' and 'moldy' smelling. the room I was given smelled horribly of old Indian food cooking. It was in the curtains, the air, the rug - everywhere. The phone did not work. the 'kitchenette' counters were tack-y, the hotel room key de-activated not once, but THREE times over my 3 day stay. The side entrance to the hotel had the door handle removed so there was NO security. The whole place was just awful. For the money they charged I was surprised. I couldn't change the reservation because I made it through this 3rd party. Stay away from here. Not sure how this place got a 3.1 rating.

The kitchen supplies were not in the room and when we did request them we were not supplied enough for the entire family. No coffee maker int he room.
