Satisfactory--but breakfast is spartan

Good value for price. If you are staying there, do not count much on breakfast. It is only pre-packaged muffins, oats and coffee. No milk. No place to sit and eat so you have to take it to your room. Large fridge and microwave and cooking utensils (only upon request) are useful.

Smelly

The hotel itself was not bad. The biggest problem was the smell of the facilities. Their was an odor throughout the hallways which resembled a mixture of body odor and mildew. In addition, the room had a very nauseating scent. It was similar to old Indian cuisine that had been sitting out. I recommend something get fixed. Otherwise I don't believe anyone would come back for multiple trips.

The clerk forgot to return my credit card to me after I checked in. Instead of contacting me in my room afterwards to come by and pick it up he put it in a drawer st the front desk. It wasn't until the following day when I realized my credit card was missing. Shortly afterwards I had to go out if my way to return back to the hotel to ask the front desk if my credit card was found. To my shock the clerk opened up a drawer and pulled it out. No one took good care to protect my card or did anything to notify me my card was at the front desk (loosely put in a drawer).

Uh.... maybe not!

Our stay was not bad but you have to know what you are getting in to. They advertise breakfast but only had granola bars. I went to “breakfast” 15 minutes before it was over and the gentleman at the front desk said it was too late for him to make a pot of coffee.. like really??? The quality of the bed was horrible!

okay but probably would not stay there again.

This was not the original hotel that I booked for our stay. I was placed here due to the original hotel I booked having flooded rooms. This trip was to attend a concert. My husband, sister in-law, myself and a friend had 2 rooms total. When we checked in, we were given rooms next to each other, however, upon entering one of the rooms, it had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor so my sister in-law and friend were moved to a different room. When we returned from our concert, we noted beer cans by the door going into the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

Room smelled

Pros: Location
The room smelled terrible. I should have asked for another room. Also when they say free "Breakfast" they mean coffee and a muffin or granola bar. Overall, not very happy with my stay.
