Sloppy Customer Service

The hotel itself and my room were fine, though it was a bit odd to find a Sheraton that did not offer room service (but this did not bother me). Upon check-in, I discovered that my guaranteed room was not guaranteed. And I get it—hotels sometimes overbook. But I was told that I’d be put up for the first night in a hotel “a mile or two away.” But the hotel was 13 miles away according to my phone’s map app. I had to cancel evening plans with a colleague, and the next morning was a hectic scramble to arrive back at the Sheraton for a group event my team and I were hosting with internal customers. When I checked into my room later that day, I found a cheap $6 bottle of merlot and was given access to the club level lounge. Never mind that I don’t drink wine and was already paying the hotel for catered breakfast every day. Why would they not instead ask me what I would want and use? I would have preferred a complimentary drink at the bar, x% off at their restaurant, or a voucher to a local restaurant...something I would actually use. Finally, when I needed to leave, one employee was very helpful in assisting me with a couple boxes I needed to ship out. But I needed to print shipping labels. Another employee said she could not help but I could print the PDF labels at the business center. 15 minutes later, I confirmed that none of the business center PCs had Adobe or a similar program to open PDFs. I went back to the helpful employee, and she offered to print them off for me.

Great staff comfortable stay

This time staff played extremely great service, very clean, good walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. The new restaurant in the hotel is good, great food amd amazing staff. Definitely recommend if you are staying at Tysons Corner

As price around the arena is responsible

The hotel needs to be renewed as many of facilities and rooms is so old and many cracks.

The headboard is deeply scratched up; everything else is great.

Only stayed (1) night but I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. Only bad thing is the shower had a lot of hair clogged and Water stayed in tub during shower until I decided to unclogged it. Other than that. I stay again!

Bad rooms

I have visited the hotel for the weekend and the price was good and I chose this hotel form the brand name ( sheraton ) but it seems its not like the other sheratos hotels it was one of the worst sheratons ever 1. Long time to check in 2. The room very old fashioned 3. No air conditioner it was not working I think all of this things is enough and far to give them that rating.

Great stay in DC

It was a good stay and only about 30 mins away from DC when we go back to the capital we will look to stay back at the same hotel.

Outstanding reception staff

Pros: Great staff! Good location close to shopping and the metro train.
Cons: Parking garage could use a good power spray cleaning
Location: Large business park with metro train near by and a mall not too far.
I had an outstanding experience during check-in. The person checking us in recognized that my daughter was in the military and was there to run in the Marine corp marathon. He gave us additional consideration and thanked us for her service. Very much appreciated! The hotel was clean, bed comfortable. I would recommend purchasing with the bundled breakfast tickets and parking pass as those could be expensive add on after the booking.

Close to metro station!!

Picked this hotel since many in DC were full for the weekend. Yes, it is a little further west than we wanted,but it's in a wonderful area. It's only a one block walk to the Spring Hill metro station. The staff was great and shuttled us to the mall whenever we needed them too. The Hotel does not offer a complementary breakfast but at this price I figured that. That was fine because next-door is many food options and a Walmart to purchase light breakfast options. Would stay here again
