“Despite a significant electric power supply issue, the staff coped extremely well. The kitchen appeared to carry on as normal. We were impressed. We will certainly return one day.”

“Room was clean although small amount of mould in corners of shower tray, fan cover kept falling down, bathroom fan was very noisy. Didn’t eat in the restaurant as only 4star food hygiene rating (expected more from this type of hotel), we ate across the road at the Cosy Club which was great! Overall we would consider staying again at the hotel as lovely area!”

We dined in the evening and breakfasted the following morning. The food was good and service efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable.
