Bathroom missing shower door so water soaked the whole floor - also mould on bathroom floor. Noisy guests at 7 am. Luggage storage cost 5 euros. - first time I had a hotel put a charge on this facility. Beds are comfy and clean

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and very new equipated. The bathroom is excellent and the loaction is perfect.

Showered leaked all over the bathroom with every use. No lift, so had to haul heavy case up several flights of stairs. Staff were mainly friendly. Breakfast was acceptable. Location was ideal. Bed was comfy. As we solely used the hotel as bed and breakfast, we didn’t spend much time there, so it worked ok.

Perfectly fine, but no elevator/lift
The room was fine. We got in early and they stored our luggage. There is no elevator/lift, so had to haul the luggage up the awkward staircase, but that was the only negative to the hotel. Short walk to Budapest Nyugati train station, which is why we picked it. Didnt stay long, but it was fine

Good location but hotel needs work
Air conditioners were not working and the shower was flooding the bathroom floor because the shower door was not closing properly. Expensive compared to other 3 star hotels in europe i’ve stayed at.

Good value and great location close to HBF
Great Hotel just minutes from the train station and a short walk to the Belvedere Castle. The room was spacious and clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Super location for exploring town on foot or via public transportation. Breakfast was a little pricey and we did not make use of the offered convenience. Good Wi-Fi connection. Would definitely stay here again

Good location, walkable distance to attractions
Good location next to a major train station, well connected with trams and metro as well. Although the rooms were double glazed, there were times where you can hear the trams go past. Hotel does not have a lift, so if you can't climb flights of stairs then it would be an issue. Not so sure about the shower enclosure design.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good service
Newly renovated hotel with great service, clean and modern rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a room facing a busy street where a bit of noise coming from the trams could bother the more sensitive guest. Overall a fine stay and I will be back.

Stayed at the hotel for one night only, and a nice 10min stroll to the Center of town and the main business area. Rooms were pleseant enough, but this essentially a B&B and so at over 200 euros over priced.

Checked in after a busy day traveling. Was met by a very nice gentleman at the desk who described the hotel and it’s facilities. His English was good. My room was in very nice condition and I had a great sleep. Location is hotel is ideal too. I will use this hotel again in the future

The hotel has no elevator had to go up 4 flights o our room so if you have heavy luggage pass on this hotel. Also the room was so hot couldn’t sleep had to ask for a fan thankfully they gave us the office one. The place is a good location though

Nice hotel close to rverything
Room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a kettle in there to make a cup of tea but wasn’t a major problem. Room had a fridge and hairdryer and security deposit box was available at reception. Staff were friendly on reception. Breakfast was served in bistro attached to hotel. Could have been a better selection of fruit rather than a couple of bits of cut up apple that had gone brown. On asking if there was any more fruit I was told no. Breakfast consisted of sloppy scrambled egg and mini hotdogs - egg tasted better than it looked. There was also bread, cheese, meats, yogurts and cereal. A toaster was there to toast your bread.

Perfect location
Perfectly central location with many shops and restaurants very nearby. Only problem was with the shower, no shower tray or seal on it so water went all over the bathroom.

Central hotel
The bedrooms and bathroom was very clean. The receptionist very helpful. The breakfast very basic. The staff at breakfast never smiled or said good morning. They only cleared away the tables as you left. I smiled and said good morning on 3 morning no response. The same place you can get a drink at night. The wanted us out at 10.30pm but it said they were open until 12. This let the place and the hotel down.

Good hotel, however we were given two twin rooms when we asked for doubles. No drinks facilities in rooms which was a shame. No lift. Breakfast poor, eggs cold and only margarine for toast. Waiting staff quite cold. Reception staff ok. Handy for Budapest centre.

Good Location for visiting Budapest
The hotel is convenient for going around and staff is kind. There are many supermarkets nearby. No Lift is the only shortcoming for us, we have big luggage.

The hotel was perfectly nice for a weekend trip. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet enough. Location is great with a couple of minutes walk to train station and the river. Be advised that there is no lift so if you are not alright with stairs you'll be better off going somewhere else.

Hotel was fine and basically met our expectations. The main drawback was that there was no lift and we had to take our luggage upstairs. Location of hotel is not far from the metro and railway stations.There is shopping centre and supermarket immediately adjacent to the metro and railway stations.
