Good clean hotelPosted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: Convenient, clean
Cons: The experience would be better if breakfast was tastier - they just had regular cereal/oatmeal/frozen eggs
Exactly what you would expect - just a regular Best Western hotel, the room was really clean

Don't stay if you think your getting breakfast!Posted Aug 26, 2015 on Hotels
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very lacking and not much offered. At 7:30 am they had ran out of food. Had to ask 3 times for food trays to be filled, no batter for waffles, no butter, no eggs, 6 or 7 sausages, a handful of hash browns and NO COFFEE, yikes! The woman was not very nice when asked for refills and took about 20 minutes to get 6 cooked eggs for over a dozen hotels guests waiting for breakfast.

Clean comfortable rooms.Posted Aug 23, 2015 on Hotels
Clean comfortable roadside hotel, but a little pricey. Don't count on hot breakfast after 8:30. Food runs out & is not replaced.

Clean up your actPosted Aug 4, 2015 on Hotels
This isn't the usual hotel when I'm in the area (which is at least once every month) and now I know why. The room and the housekeeping service definitely need some major improvements. The main curtain and dark curtain had a big gash in it and was held together with masking tape. It wasn't really working because in the morning when the sun was rising over the mountain range, it was coming right through the big gash. I mean, as big as this hotel chain is, how can they not afford to replace one curtain? The other problem was the housekeeping service. I left the sign on the door for room to be serviced. I left the hotel at 11:00 a.m. and didn't return until 4:00 p.m. In that five hour period, we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned. The trash was still full, no clean towels, and beds not made. How is that even acceptable? Eventually, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels and a trash bag because I took the trash out myself. It's not going to prevent me from staying here in the future. But they do need some improvements.

Pros: Clean, quiet, good beds and good air conditioning unit.
The desk clerk was very informative and directed us to a very nice, albeit pricey, local restaurant. We enjoyed our brief encounter with him.

The front desk staff was very helpful and personable. Having a full breakfast was nice. The location was convenient to spas, wineries, and downtown.

Was it really fully booked?Posted Jul 26, 2015 on Hotels
We had requested a room with 2 beds which staff said was unavailable on the first floor, so we ended up in a king bed.

Hey 101 HotelPosted Jul 21, 2015
Someone had smoked in the room previously and had tried to cover up the smell with strong deodorizer. The bathroom had a weird set-up with the sink out in the room. Only one staff member who was very nice. Decorative colors very drab in the room. Phone reception was not good even after we tried to get on the wifi. The room was very clean.
