Very pleasant stay at the Morefield Motel. This was actually our second time there, although we didn't actually realise that until we were checking in. Nice friendly staff.

A great experience.
Perfect for us with two dogs, genuinely dog friendly. Owners of the motel very friendly and helpful. All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Accommodation great with top class facilities. Bed very comfortable, with a super shower. Varied, quality menu. Thank you all.

A good friendly stay
Although the room was basic and small it was clean. The staff were very friendly and the food, with an extensive menu was excellent. I would stay here again.

The rooms were very basic and in desperate need of refurbishment, however the restaurant was fantastic and the food excellent.

Fantastic value for money.
The chalet was basic, but clean. The food was magnificent. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. There was live sports to watch inside and out. So far on our NC500 trip this motel has been the best value for money we've had.

Really nice quiet place to stay staff were so helpful and breakfast was wonderful and if you take your dog some great walks right behind the motel would recomend to anyone

We had a twin room, as this was all that was available when booking. Room was very basic. In need of some refreshing. Beds were really uncomfortable. Biscuits were a nice touch. Disappointing that the restaurant/bar is closed on a Wednesday.

Morefield Motel.
The room was basic but had everything that you would need and was clean. Food in the restaurant was very good and Coronavirus restrictions were observed well. Friendly staff.

Nice stopover
I guess if your travelling in threes and all good friends, one room would do and the price would be reasonable. For a solo traveller it was expensive at £100 for the room only. Having said that, the room was big, the shower nice and it was very quiet. I had dinner which was excellent. Being a motel I could park right outside the room which was convenient for baggage. Ullapool itself is about 10-15 minutes walk.

Great value for money - great family run motel
Great location, Ullapool is lovely! Motel was comfortable, clean, staff very welcoming and helpful, food good, beer good and all at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely stay at The Morefield Motel again 😊

Good sized clean and comfortable room, was cold when we first got in the room as the heating wasn’t on, we put the heating on then went out for a couple of hours and it was cosy when we got back, overall a good comfortable stay and a bonus we could park directly outside our room

My cousin and I stayed for 1 evening, basic clean very cheap deal, lovely staff. Quirky Motel type with plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for more :-)

Disappointing.
Tired old fashioned hotel. Rooms in need of refurbishment, odd furniture out of date linen and curtains. Owner very friendly and helpful. Bit of a trek into town. Great to park your car at your room. Didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food.

A good place to stay either for visiting the Scottish West Coast or taking the ferry to Lewis. Rooms are US motel style all on the ground floor. It's a friendly place and does a great breakfast. A few minutes drive to the town centre or you can walk over via a short cut through a park. This is the second time we've stayed there which is a recommendation in itself.

Great Motel where you could park your car right up by your door. This motel had all you needed for a overnight stay and longer if you wanted. The room was very clean and comfy beds. Also tea and coffee makig facilites. On site was a bar where you could sit inside or outside and have a meal or just sit outside and hace a beer. Great place would stay again. Thank you

Staff were lovely and super helpful even after a mistake made by expedia who i booked through. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and just a short walk into town. The food was delicious and well made and it was just an all round lovely place to visit.

Room and shower very clean. Restaurant less so; many dead flies on windowsill right by our table, both for dinner and breakfast. Our table hadn’t been cleaned after dinner, and was in the same state at breakfast.

I have stayed at the Morefield Motel many times, the Motel is comfortable, and the staff very helpful. This visit was during the Covid 19 lock down, I was staying as a key worker, the Motel provided me with an excellent packed lunch instead of Breakfast.....Thank you

The Morefield could not be faulted on anything. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Really look after their customers,had a brilliant overnight with my sister in law,we definately going back food was delicous and rooms to perfection
