Pros: Modern big rooms, great beds, great facilities.
Location: So many wonderful activities to do, it's never ending. Wish we had longer to do them all! Very close to all activities and comfortable bus rides.
The staff were 5 star, the place was 5 star, the food was 5 star. It was a wonderful place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Very happy with hotel and staff. Food was incredible. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you for having us!

The staff that checked me in was a trainee and did not tell/advise me of any information about my stay, included amenities or my room. I had to over hear conversations from other guests checking in to be informed. She probably spoke about a total of 20 words to me when checking me in.

Hotels in Uluru

Pros: Nice bathroom, although toilet was a bit manky.
Cons: Air-conditioning and bugs flying around
Only 4 hotels in Uluru, so it is sadly a seller's market. This is one of their hugely over-priced hotels relative to its 2* facilities. £230 for 8 hours of stay is bordering on obscene. Comparatively, the Hilton in Sydney cost less than half the price and was sublime. Or the Aerotel hotel in Singapore was amazing and cost £40. Go figure!

The hotel accommodations were very good. Hotel staff was very helpful. Just need to close the door of the room quickly so the local wildlife doesn't bunk with you.

Pros: The staff were incredible!
Cons: Making at least one of the evening food places -walk in allowed!
Location: The other hotels/services are in walking distance or if required shuttle services which makes it easy for shopping and eating and viewpoints of Uluru.
Super pleased with our stay here. Yes, the rooms were a bit dated as some other reviews have said but they were clean and the beds comfy so I really can't complain. The pool was a bit small and not enough beach chairs but got the job done. Food services - bit disappointing breakfast buffet and the dinner choices not many + you have to book a reservation which was frustrating as we didn't know when we would be back/hungry so popped down at 5:30 pm to discover a) couldn't even be seated till 6:30 and then b) they had no space till 9:30pm....She asked me if I wanted the 9:30pm reservation um no I definitely am not waiting 4 hrs for a reservation! Landed up eating at the Noodle place which was great and eating in the room. Had the wedges and sweet potato chips (on two different occasions due to the limitations with time) preferred the wedges and the service was quick. Really disliked the food at the other hotel for lunch - had chicken fingers (came with like 3 small chicken pieces) and massive amount of chips that were quite meh. My Mum had the wrap which was actually a panini which she said was gross and tasteless as there was no sauce and the lettuce was warm and gross. Overall, the location was wonderful. The shuttle services between hotels and the airport was helpful in the very hot hot heat and the staff truly made this place magical. We had amazing assistance at reception a few times and the lady in the store was also wonderful.
