Good in overall except that the window is lockedPosted Mar 11, 2018
If you feel the room is warm, the aircon does not provide cool air, ONLY warm. If you feel warm, you need to call the hotel staff to unlock your window and it cannot be closed entirely unless you call the hotel staff again.

Valuable for moneyPosted Feb 15, 2018
Location: Near to subway stations and Osaka Station
Due to non availability of non- smoking room, I had no choice but to book the smoking room. Out of my expectation, the smoking room was without any smoking smell.

Decent hotel for its price and locationPosted Feb 12, 2018
Cons: More pillows and towels
Pros: - Close to the subway station and to the heart of Osaka - Rather quiet neighbourhood - Room is clean for its age - Internet speed is quite fast Cons: - Older hotel - More adapters in the room are needed - More pillows and towels

EZ to get around, subway next to hotel, you can buy one day pass for ¥800 (¥600 on weekends), you can walk to Osaka Station within 10 minutes for shopping or take the railway to almost any where!

It’s very close to Sunshine City, as it only takes less than five walking minutes. Super close to Sega, Toranoana, and the main Animate building, lots of restaurants and stores, though the subway station is a bit far, it takes around ten minutes to walk. However, it’s the Ikebukuro station so it’s really easy to find.

Convenient location, poor space and heatingPosted Dec 11, 2017
Pros: Location, buffet, comfy bed, great shower.
Cons: I understand the windows are probably locked for a reason, but they could be fixed into an open position rather than opened fully?
Location: Plenty of cafes, pubs, subway, stores.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with a subway that context to major lines and attractions right next door. There are also convenience stores, coffee shops, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms themselves are very squishy for two people, though manageable. Basic facilities in the room itself, but there is a coin laundry on several floors which was great! How the staff handled a matter for me was a little disappointing. The room became very overheated around three am, and was unbearable. I think the national heating lines must have started? It woke my partner and I up. I turned the air con on, which actually made the room hotter. The windows are locked, so I rang the reception, and I found the lady a bit rude in how she responded. Eventually she came up to our room and opened the window thankfully, and we could sleep again. Overall, the stay was okay. I don't think I'd personally book here again.

Close to subway train stationPosted Dec 8, 2017
The room is small though just enough to rest and sleep after a day's tour but it is clea. There are staff who can speak English and give directions to where you are going. They are good!

Ok stayPosted Nov 30, 2017 on Hotels
room was fine, counter staff was friendly and speak english. asked them to help us make a reservation for a restaurant but they said we had to do it ourselves. a little disappointed. there's nothing much around the area, had a starbucks and a fine ramen store nearby though.
