The place is nice and clean but the guests there can be loud and act like they own the place even breaking the rules of no glass in the pool. They don’t care there are other guests in the hotel and make scenes. When we complained with the staff they even said there was nothing they can do like they allow these things to happen

The only complaint we have is that the parking is so far from the hotel and the parking is tricky when one vehicle is going up and another is going down.
