Would not stay again

- Service was extremely slow: Took nearly 30 mins both for check in and check out, and they made multiple mistakes with my invoice. - The room was boiling hot and I had to ask a member of staff to help cool in down in case I was doing something wrong with the temperature dial. They told me they had fixed it and next time I checked, the temperature had gone up! So we had to sleep with the window open which was very loud due to street traffic. - Given a connecting room with a stranger, which meant I heard every word of his phone conversations, television, phone alarm and bowel movements. + It was not expensive with the deal hotels.com were offering that day ($65 per night) + It was clean

Louis at check in needs to be fired. No people skills. Stopped short of calling me a liar. Very unfriendly. It was like we interrupted his day. That was my only bad experience at the hotel ,Louis.

Nice hotel the food not so good!

Pros: Location.
Cons: For a hotel like this one the food should be a plus and it is not.
Location: near Unicentro and other nice shops, very nice and safe area.
Nice beautiful hotel but the breakfast did not impress me, Colombia has so much more to offer but here the selection is very limited and not appealing, that is a shame.

Beautiful Hotel for a great price! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast spread was very diverse and delicious.
