Nice hotel the food not so good!

Pros: Location.
Cons: For a hotel like this one the food should be a plus and it is not.
Location: near Unicentro and other nice shops, very nice and safe area.
Nice beautiful hotel but the breakfast did not impress me, Colombia has so much more to offer but here the selection is very limited and not appealing, that is a shame.

Beautiful Hotel for a great price! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast spread was very diverse and delicious.

Large hotel with good security

Pros: The security and the pillows.
Cons: Provide complimentary water,meta and coffee each day.
Location: There is a good shopping centre very close by and it is in a good neighbourhood.
This hotel is large and has good security, both at the gate and internally. They also have two types of pillows on your bed with a pillow menu. However the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on concrete and there were NO complimentary water or tea or coffee in the room. It was a very expensive hotel and perhaps not very good value.

Internet awful, staff on restaurant terrible, staff in front desk need more training on customer service.

Nice. Clean. Exclusive.

Our reservation was not right, it did not include my daughter in our 2 rooms family suite. It made her feel unwelcome, receptionist insisted I made the mistake. I was charged additional money for my daughter which was fare, but the discusión was not worthed!

Nothing special about this hotel, costly, minimum wait for room serves 45 minutes, first night shower flooded.

It would be important to me if you had a much bigger gym.(Newer and more Weight Machines) The gym if very out dated. I slept in three different room over my 16 night with you and it would be important to me if you had newer and nicer mattresses. I also got stuck in one of your elevators for 15 minutes before anyone helped me get out.
