Great Bogota Location

Pros: The staff
Cons: The elevator doors close fast and hard.
Location: Very convenient location for getting around the city
Very nice hotel. Great rooms, very good food, and extremely good service.

Good hotel lousy shuttle service

Cons: You should call your attention to the hotel's Guest Relations Manager.
Location: I liked the neighborhood. Good restaurants
The shuttle service from the hotel is very expensive. Also the taxi drivers have no ideas of directions. When I complained about a bad service, the hotel staff instead of punishing the taxi driver, defended it and pretended to be right. Lamentable complicity of hotel staff

Ok hotel

I would rate this hotel as 3-4 stars. Rooms are somewhat outdated. Had a mild odor. Bathroom is tiny. Had a tub which no one uses anymore. Breakfast is very good, but room service is mediocre. There are better hotels in bogota for the price (estelar and san medina). Will not repeat.

It is a very nice hotel. My problem with it was that I didn't have a good heater and the weather was freezing.

Pros: The room, service and amenities were great.
Cons: The speed of the staff at the front desk when checking needs improvement. They were quite slow - but very friendly nonetheless.
The stay was great. The elevators were surprisingly small though.

Great hotel for business

Very well appointed hotel, at a great location in the city with a shopping centre, restaurants and convention centre at walking distance. I wished the pool was open for longer, as closing at 8.00 pm on weekends its not long enough.

The only inconvenient was the room not cleaned without any explanation. Very expensive room for the service provided.
